Excellent good value little hotel. Short walk to town's historic center and good restaurants, easy to drive right up to the hotel and convenient if small parking area right in front (more nearby apparently, if needed). Quiet and friendly setting. Adequate Italian breakfast, and excellent coffees.

The staff was extremely helpful. Laura set the standard at the chck-in, perfect English, gracious and professional. When I got problems with the wi-fi on my iPad, she called on Paulo who fixed it. It turned out he was also member of the family that owned this little gem of a hotel. Thank you both!

the hotel is situated near the city center and you can park near the room or in a parking next to the hotel. breakfast is nice, excellent coffee. the staff is friendly & professional . room was nice and comfortable.

Great location for walking into Noto, Nice rooms in the hotel itself. Some of the staff (but not all) are quite nice & helpful.

While the ad mentioned something about a "Residence," this turned out to be an apt.--like building, several blocks away, up a hill w/ cobblestones (hard to wheel luggage), with quite unappealing rooms. Pay a little more & stay in the regular hotel! Breakfast is nothing special.

Well priced. Well placed. Travelling simply for a week in Sicily is only possible because places like this exist.

The approach to the annex where we stayed is less than salubrious, and the wifi is very slow. So what? Still a good place to stay.

It is centrally located near the gate to the old town. Hotel was beautifully clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, and the ladies at the front desk were great. Thanks to Chiara and Laura for all their help and smiles everyday.

Very good value for money. Excellent hotel. We booked for a room in the annex and were upgraded for a room in the main building, which was very nice. Only a 2 minutes away from the historic center.

A real find for a one night visit to Noto. The hotel is in an ideal location being so close to the town and we were able to parked in front of the hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly, the breakfast was good. Our room was next to reception but it was quiet, the room was bright, modern and clean. It does not have a proper lounge but we were sightseeing so this was not a problem. Good value for money.

Quite indifferent and disinterested service from some of the staff compared to most other places we stayed at.

Small but modern hotel, everything is new. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Good brakfast. Conveniently located.

We booked an economy room but were upgraded, it seems that there is another building for economy rooms... You may want to check where That building is and if it looks as good as the main building.

The staff was very polite and helpful.

It is small, helpful and friendly staff, extremely central in Noto.

Interesting that it classes itself as an 'inn' on Trip Advisor, not a hotel [despite the name and the price?]. Great location just 100m from the old town main street. Very very friendly and helpful staff - one even translated and wrote out a whole Google Map journey to Siracusa line by line for us - took her ages... I didn't have the heart to tell her there was an English site. Breakfast was basic and Italian but nice. Good coffee and you can have it on the small terrace in front of the hotel. Good safe parking [watched by CCTV]. If in Noto I'd definitely stay there again

The hotel was in a good location, close to all the sights and next to a public garden.The staff were friendly and helpful even though we were there during the flower festival and the hotel was full and they were really busy. The room was well furnished and the shower was the best we found on our trip to Sicily!

The room was a little gloomy as it was on street level and slightly overlooked. We found the lighting to be insufficlent for the size of the room.

The best for this hotel is the location which is very handy to the Noto's historical centre. It was very easy to walk to the centre and back to the hotel anytime. The hotel facilities were a little basic but clean and tidy. Everything worked fine. Good value for money.

The mattress was a little to hard for our liking. Breakfast variety was lacking.
