Only stayed one night in between cities, but was very satisfied. Great shower and room was bigger than I thought. Did not get to try the breakfast.
Room was pretty ugly.
The staff at all contact points were excellent. Room was small but comfortable. Bathroom was outstanding.
I Only stayed for a couple of nights and generally enjoyed my stay. Unfortunately had to use earplugs as the sound proofing between rooms was not good. I could hear clearly the man next door having conversations on his phone until very late in the evening. It did appear that the lower floors were being refurbished so I hope that this problem was taken into account.
Very Lovely hotel, warm and helpful staff, perfect location, will definitely stay here again next time I visit Milan!
Very unfriendly staff especially at night when you come back to the hotel you are treated like criminal. Very dissapointed !!!!
Nice, comfortable room. Near the train / metro station. Walking distance to the shopping street.
Shower was very very bad, the room smells very bad, nothing good.
Breakfast was simple and nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good, very close to the station and metro. Overall,we enjoyed ourselves during our stay.
Location WiFi Cleanness
Very close to the center
Bad connection WiFi
- steps away from the railway station - quiet street - nice room - decent breakfast - delightful breakfast lady
- Bathroom tiny; a large person would have trouble fitting into the shower - poor noise insulation. I had lively neighbors who didn't do anything wrong, just talked and laughed a lot. Earplugs recommended, and be aware that your neighbors can follow your conversation
It is a good place to stay for business alone with return back to the hotel to sleep only for few nights. I booked the room according the lowest rate so the offered room corresponded the offer and what I expected.
It is still construction works nearby and on the second floor inside which makes the stay a bit noisy. The breakfast is too pure.
Daniele at the desk took extra trouble to be helpful.
Very compact and well laid out single room. I'm very tall and the bed was big enough for me which is unusual. The bathroom was lovely, well laid out and equipped, a big surprise. Breakfast was typical European fare which for the money I paid was more than acceptable. Everything was laid out well and an excellent choice of sweet and savoury food. Croissants particularly good. The staff were excellent particularly in the breakfast room in the morning the service was efficient and friendly Reception and room service staff were very helpful and organised.
The sound proofing in the hotel was dubious at best as I could clearly hear the guest next door on the phone for very long periods of time. Once again for the price I paid I wasn't too worried as the conversations stopped early enough for me to sleep. The hotel is refurbishing its rooms I believe floor by floor, this is something that should be looked at.
The room is nice and comfy
Able to hear traffic but not too noisy
So close to the main railway station. Clean and tidy. Includes all the neccessary devices. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the singing lady at the bar. :)
Good breakfast, nice staff and comfort room. Perfect for a single traveller.
walls too thin, you could hear people talking in the next room.
The location is fine, close to the central railway station and just few metres away from the metro station.
It is not understandable why the guests should pay 3 euro for 30 minutes or 5 euro for 24 hours internet use. Free-of-charge internet service in all rooms should be a standard in a 3-star hotel. Also, the bathroom was to narrow.
Location since it was near the central station and metro station. Value for money, the room was clean and comfortable. Nice staff.
we didnt get to maximize the use of the wifi as it did not work on our devices for some reason.
The location was fantastic! 3 minutes walk from the train station, and 1/2 block to the Metro. The evening desk clerk was so accommodating--offered to pack us a sack breakfast when we told him we had to leave at 6:30AM and would miss the hot breakfast--that was great. Super clean rooms!
The noise level from room to room and in the hallways was high--poor sound insulation.
Good value. Decent breakfast. Comfortable room. Near train station and metro.
Very clean. Good breakfasts. Close to train station. Staff were friendly.
Quite a long way from centre of town. Avoid walking down the side streets.
This is a really nice small hotel, very nicely decorated and appointed, with very helpful and friendly staff. Being only a short distance from the Central Station and the Airport bus stops, it is also only a few metres from an entrance to the Metro, making this a really convenient location. I will certainly stay here again the next time I visit Milan
Close to the railway station. Clean and tidy. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Absolutely worth the price and even more!
The lift was a little too small...
Great location related to milano centrale station. Nice breakfast.
Wifi only fair. Very noisy neighbours and thin walls. We were in rooms that were part of roofline so other rooms might be quieter.
Good location to train station
