A beautiful authentic hotel with delightful staff, and delicious breakfast! Thank you
Friendly hotel, very good breakfast, wifi in room (but not in lounge)
The staff were great - we were very pleased with every aspect of or stay.
Lovely small hotel in the center of Venice. Excellent service from staff, and good breakfeats in causy dinning room.
Poor Wifi in rooms
Such an amazing trip was made all that much more enjoyable by the beautiful hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful. The courtyard is beautiful. They served a free breakfast every morning that was delicious. Beautiful room with comfy bed and a good shower. The location of the hotel was perfect. It was in the heart of it all. We had to walk from the train station through the city to the hotel because of a strike that was going on. We were told that it was a 45 min walk but in actually it was like a 35 min walk that flew by. It was so easy to navigate the streets. We walked all over the city but loved that we stayed so close to San Marco's Square. This trip was a dream vacation. I hope to visit again and I will definitely be staying at Hotel Flora again. I recommend it to everyone.
I like the location. the design of the hotel.
The room and washroom was too small. The breakfast provided are the same as we stayed for 2nights. Did not provide mineral water or boiler in the room.
The location was perfect and the breakfast was great.
We had an economy room and it was tiny with a tiny bathroom. It was very noisy at night so we had a lot of trouble sleeping. It was very hot in the room and we got bitten badly by mosquitoes when we opened the windows.
There is a small garden courtyard in the hotel, providing some air and space. The breakfast (until 11 am) is very good. Our room was of good size (for Venice), and charmingly decorated with antique wood furniture, all very well maintained but nothing overdone or pretentious. The bathroom was very clean and modern, and again, for Venice, of comfortable dimensions. We were also very happy with the service, the staff were all friendly and helpful. We liked that the hotel bat was open until late, so we could stop there for a drink after coming home from dinner. We were also positively surprised to find that the hotel has a lift, we did not expect that from a 3-star hotel in Venice. We had a very nice stay (and we stayed for 5 days). Oh, and the location, of course. It is indeed super-central yet a bit hidden, so do ask the hotel for their list of directions before you go, you will need it!
There was nothing we did not like.
Breakfast Bed Price
I had forgotten what real service was. I felt the hospitality was awesome. They even helped with train & business appointment. Also the best coffee I have had in Italy. I loved my stay there & would definitely recommend to anyone to stay there.
excellent Location, breakfast
All the staff were very friendly and helpful!!
A very friendly hotel in a central location. The breakfast was excellent.
Excellent breakfast. The location I thought was excellent for everything I wanted to see and go. The room was pleasantly decorated and comfortable.
The sign to where it is needs to be replaced and perhaps a little larger. Approaching from San Marco the letters on the sign are not ledge able
a very convenient position re access to Piazza S.Marco, vaporetti, etc. enjoyed the relaxed, family atmosphere, generous breakfast, old style decor & furnishing, particularly the wadrobe. Given the space, a well-designed bathroom with bath. Friendly, helpful staff.
It is small, feeling at times quite cramped. No view except down the dark alley - but it was winter
Staff was friendly, hotel was quiet. Hotel has an excellent garden court where one can catch a clean breath of air away from the hustle and bustle of Venice.
My window opened into a chimney and there where spiders in the bathroom.
Good location in the centre, but still quiet at night. All staff very friendly and helpful.
Hotel a bit tired and in terms of value for money not the best deal in Venice. Very small (and a bit tatty) bathroom for the price.
the staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating. the breakfast spread was lovely. the location was great and quiet.
drinks at the bar we pricey
Closeness to everything
The staff was really friendly and helpful, location could not be better, breakfast was excellent!
Cake at breakfast! Baked on the premises...perfect!
Slightly tatty room
the location was perfect not to close to the water or st. marks square. very easy and safe a short walk
there wasn't anything I did not like the service was great
Breakfast; location; reception staff very helpful
Small room; even smaller bathroom;
