Very convenient for central Frascati. Easy to reach nearby businesses with a car. Comfortable, spacious rooms with reliable, free WiFi - perfect for me as a business traveller. I was lucky enough to get a 4th floor room with a terrace looking towards Rome so the view was fantastic.

The hotel rooms are beautiful, each one is different but they're all classic Italian style, beautiful,spacious and airy. Some rooms have large terraces and others may have wonderful ceiling murals. The bathrooms are big and have good toiletries and a bidet. The rooms have a safety box.. The location is relatively close to central Rome about 30/40 min away depending on traffic. The hotel is just down the road from many bars and shops of Frascati area (5 min walking).On the weekend walking up and down the Frascati promenade is the place to be. The hotel staff are knowledgeable and helpful. They organised a great oil and wine tasting in a nearby cantina which was wonderful even though we were just a small group of 4. The hotel has a lovely rooftop terrace with full views of Rome (you can bring your own food and drink and this can be used by guests at all times). During high season the roof top terrace has a small bar. They also have a tennis court. The hotel has parking for its guests, it will be necessary to rent a car to move around from Frascati as taxis are relatively expensive. The check out time at 11am is not convenient. I feel like they need a database to remember their old time customers to appreciate thier loyal customers. The breakfast needs greater variety for people who are not used to eating croissants for breakfast and would rather salty foods. In general, I absolutely love this hotel and visit every year, a swimming pool or a spa would be the cherry on top.

Proximity to Rome and airports. The hotel is situated on an extremely busy crossroad/roundabout. Heavy transport throughout the night made sleeping difficult. Front desk staff could have been more helpful. Typical business/meeting hotel

La struttura dall'esterno sembrava di livello paragonabile a quanto visto dal sito. Quando siamo arrivati ci hanno sistemato in camera paragonabili ad un 2 stelle ( e siamo stati buoni ). Infatti ci hanno anche ridotto il prezzo ma non abbastanza . Ci hanno comunicato che le stanze in linea con quanto da noi prenotato erano terminate

personale cordiale e attento alle esigenze dell ospite. abbiamo soggiornato nella junior suite ed è risultata confortevole, bagno pulito e adeguato anche se nell'alzare l asciugacapelli sono usciti i fili del collegamento fuori...certo nn proprio da 4 stelle....bella la struttura anche se per il troppo sonno nn abbiamo consumato la colazione. il parcheggio è poco capiente...ma il personale è attento a trovare la soluzione.. l'aria condizionata un po rumorosa se la ventola viene posizionata quasi al massimo

La struttura e la posizione. Non mi è piaciuta la gestione. Siamo stati svegliati alle 8.30 senza che nessuno lo avesse specificato, verso le 9.30 sono entrati in camera senza bussare nè avvisare il tutto per cacciarci dalla stanza alle 11.30. Per un albergo che si definisce un 4 stelle e che ha un certo costo è inammissibile. Non solo non lo consiglio ma non ci ritorno.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel in Frascati. Tolle und ruhige Lage, schönes Ambiente, lediglich die Einrichtung des Frühstücksraums hat gepaßt - wie die Faust aufs Auge. Kalt und steril - schade um das tolle Haus.
