Perferct location - 2min walking distance from Frascati train station & the central square. Nice breakfast. Clean rooms. No wireless connection in the room & limited access at the hotel lobby. The room card keys usually didn't work. |

Beautiful hotel very good location in town of Campobassa. Hotel was empty in Mid August. Breakfast was only cakes and pastry.For 100 euros a night!! Bar and Restuarant also closed. |

quite place, nice garden where to seat for breakfast or an aperitive. It is a beautiful old mansion. the bed, too soft. No place where to put the suitcase in the room. No printer available at reception/hall. |

close to railway station and easy access to Rome. Good location away from the summer heat of Rome. Frascati although run down is a relaxing area with good restaurants that are considerably cheaper than Rome. The Bathroom could have been cleaner.The restaurant staff lacked training. |

La estética del hotel y, en general, la habitación El aire acondicionado en mi habitación estaba muy alto y, a pesar de ser verano, tuve que ponerme la manta durante la noche. No había agua caliente en la ducha. Reservé el servicio de shuttle bus que ofrecen en el hotel por la mañana, pero como había más gente que plazas, llegué más de media hora tarde a la reunión de trabajo (único motivo de mi viaje a Italia) |
