Hotel Flora  

The location is great, at the centre of Frascati. The rooms are clean. The staff can speak good English. Free Wi-Fi is provided as well. For those who care the bathrooms have a bidet. If you get a good room you'll be very happy with your stay. There is also a taxi station near by.

Please guests beware that the checkout is at 11:00am not at 12:00pm! You will be charged if you do not request a late checkout. (12:00Pm is the latest they will offer) Breakfast is not international.

We had a room with a balcony, with a bit of a view of Rome and outside, which was pleasant. The interior of the ground floor, near the entrance of the hotel and lounge area was very nice. Walking distance to the center of the town.

The toilet was not fixed well, so when you use, the seat would move, and not well planed in the bath room space. Awful bath tub with molds, due to bad cleaning over a long period of time. It had a jacuzzi function, but looking at the molds at the corner of the tub, you would not feel like using it at all, which was a pity, since we had chosen this hotel because they had a room with bath tub.

The hotel and grounds are gorgeous. The building is a renovated mansion, with lots of marble and architectural detail. It is located within an easy walk of the town square. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Beautiful old building with a nice garden where you can relax. Staff were very helpful.

My bathroom could have been cleaner. I refrained using the bidet since it was obviously not cleaned properly. The shower was also only moderately clean. Traces of mould were visible on the shower heads - brrr... More maintenance would have also been welcome - it was difficult to close the door of the shower and I was afraid that the glass would fall out.

Location, style of building and surroundings were very nice and well kept. Next time we come to Italy/Rome we will stay at your hotel and travel via the inexpensive regular half hour train journey from there into Rome - Frascati is a very nice place relaxing place to be based and enjoy the true feel of Italy rather than the crowded tourist areas of Rome. We found the people friendly, food better and less expensive.

Elevator bell was too loud and woke us up too early in the morning - also we were on the first floor in the main building and could very easily hear the voices and noise from outside our room and from downstairs early in the morning. Coffee & hot water needs to be freshened up/replaced a few times each morning so as it does not become cold or too strong. We suggest it would be nice to avail your guests access to an evening cocktail (or perhaps even a meal from your newly opened restaurant) on your hotel's nice rooftop terrace. Maybe next time?

Le bâtiment principal est charmant cependant .... les clients réservant par booking seraient-ils automatiquement "parqués" dans l'annexe ???

Nous avions réservé une chambre double standard et nous nous sommes retrouvés au quasi sous-sol de l'annexe avec vue sur un mur.

Chambre trop chauffée (21 degrés).

Posizione centrale, un parco davanti all'albergo molto bello.

Posizione ottima, bella architettura esterna e interna.

Parcheggio disagevole, bagno antiquato, breakfast industriale.

En Oas i närheten av Rom, ren luft och en avstressande miljö

O quarto era espaçoso e decorado com bom gosto. A comida do restaurante igualmente muito bom. Staff gentil. Chegamos horas antes da hora do check in e pudemos ocupar o quarto sem qualquer custo adicional. A localizaçao ao lado do Terminal de trem facilitou.

Alguns itens do café da manha eram reaproveitados e nem sempre repostos. Incompatível com o nível do hotel. A porta do banheiro era de vidro o que reduzia a privacidade e incomodava muito qdo alguém tinha que acender a luz do banheiro durante a noite.
