Florence Old Bridge B&B  

The two best things that this hotel provides are 1) value for money and 2) an excellent location. The rooms are comfortable (not small, not large) and the hotel is literally 1 minute walking distance of Palazzo Pitti and Ponte Vecchio.

The bathrooms although very clean are quite small. Also, the hotel only replaces towels after every third day which we found to be very inconvenient.

Location is super!! In the very center of the city.

Difficult to find, had to ask million of people around and only an old Italian gentleman was able to help in the end... The room is clean but the furniture is very cheap -nothing to do with the Tuscany style, as they write at the booking.com. Overall, it is not bad for a budget trip. The location is everything here!!

Was not aware had to check in/check out over the road at another hotel which is also where the breakfast is served. So misleading that Florence Old Bridge is a B&B when in fact it is room only, Towels only changed every 3 days.

The cleaning lady neglected to see on the fuse board the one of electrics had tripped. So our 1st morning woke up freezing with no hot water. Not very pleasent at all. We could nt shake the cold out of our bones and my girlfriends hair was a mess for the day. Also breakfast finishing at 930 was a bit early for me. There was no sign about the B and B being located in the hotel so that was very confusing ,only I used my head and chanced asking in the hotel we could have being an age searching for the hotel.

Excellent location and value for money. The room was very clean and staff helpful and friedly. The only donwside was the noise, from neighbours and from works in the building. There seems to be no sound isolation between different rooms and appartments. Overall I woudl recommend the hotel, in particular for its location.

The location of this b&b is great, just off the Ponte Vecchio. However if you stay here, there is no reception, the reception is at their sister hotel across the street and well as the breakfasts. The rooms were clean, but the bathroom was miniscule and the decor could be a bit warmer. But the staff was great and the location good also.

The hotel was disappointing and dI'di not live up to the photos on the internet. The 3 star classification is too generous and the hotel is not comparable to other 3 star hotels that we have used in Italy.

Unfortunately room nr 6 has a very noisy because of water pipes, and water machine which was inside the room!. No windows.

The location cannot be beat. The hotel is about one block from Ponte Vecchio and one block from Pitti Palace - it couldn't be more convenient to all of the major attractions in Florence - everything is walking distance. The room was small but comfortable. The owners provide breakfast and happy hour on the rooftop of their hotel across the street, which has spectacular views of the city. It was the perfect place to stay and a great value too.

Excellent location, really close to Ponte Vecchio and Palazzo Pitti with plenty of nice restaurants and trendy shops in the neighbourhood. Comfortable, ample and cute room.

Old-fashioned air conditioning did not work properly. Only change towels every three days. Weird extreme noise from some kind of machinery. Check- out at 10:30 am, a bit early for us.
