We had a budget room 2 nights and value for money it was good - extended 2 nights and went to Superior Room approx 20Euro more but still great valueat approx 110 Euro

Internet didn't work 1 day but stafff very helpful - got it going!

The staff was excellent!!

There was no view and the rooms could have been updated.

The room was good.and also there was a fridge it was useful.there are some shops around there.Its close to the museum and the river.

It was a bit far from the centrale station.and it was a bit difficult to find this hotel.

The hotel have a central location, very close to Ponte Veccio and with a small walk you are everywhere you need. Its a small hotel, like a pension, but very cosy, there's a elevator until the rooms wich are very big. Good value price for a good place to stay.

The bathroom its ok..but need some improvements, everything in the room its good, but old.

Staff was friendly, room was amazing and equiped accordingly. Centrally located to most places and activities. Beautiful hotel. Would return in a heartbeat!

Hotel is very close the city center, especially Ponte vecchio is accesable by walk, rooms are located in different apartment, in front of the apartment there was another hotel which work together, rooms are quite ok.

shower cabin has not cover via glass or fiber glass, shower curtain did not prevent water flowing to outside and floor became wet...

Loved this hotel! The location was awesome, staff was superb, price was exceptional, and the family room was gigantic for Italian standards. We were very impressed and will stay here again on our next visit to Florence/Firenze.

Excellent location. Free Wifi. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice view from La Scaletta's terrace.

You live in old center, one minute to every basilica or shopping street.

Reception in another hotel down on street, but it near.

It was clean, room was ready when we arrived (1 hour to early).

It's a bit noisy. You hear people walk and talk.

Very well located, close to all city attractions, clean.

Small room, noisy. The bathroom ventilation system was not working.Towels are changed every 3 days given that you had no where to dry.I think that room should be painted.

Room is spacious, clean and friendly-staff.

Very far from the main station. It's not a walking distance when you are carrying luggage.

The position is really nice. The room is clean and comfortable. The staffs are kind.

Air conditioning is a little bit strange.

Small - average size triple room ( could have been a little bigger for that little extra comfort). Accommodation was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated and kitted out. Very central to all attractions and shopping areas. Beautiful location. Wi-fi service very good also. Both of our rooms ( 1 double and 1 triple) were located in a beautiful building across the road from the Hotel Scaletta where we were required to check -in.

Maybe just a little small and basic for a triple room, our daughters' double room was a better size and much more comfortable. Hairdryer was broken and kept overheating - the second day we arrived home to find it fixed without having to advise reception!! - well done!! However, it just overheated and stopped working altogether after that!! Although extremely clean and functional, perhaps a revamp of bathrooms might be in order.

We loved the location - we arrived in Florence by train and we elected to catch a taxi to the B & B. But after that we walked everywhere it is so centrally located it made getting around so easy. Also access to La Scaletta's roof top bar was fantastic, 360 degree views over most of Florence while sipping on a limoncello will be a lasting memory.

The rooms were sparse but who cares and the bathroom was small but adequate we were in our room for such a small amount of time it didn't matter

Great location close to the Ponte Vecchio. Good price for the area. Good sized bathroom. Double windows that kept out street noise.

Small room. No phone in room; calls had to be made from a shared hallway phone.

Our bathroom had mold in the ceiling corner which you could smell throughout the room.

It was a nice room, in the centre of Florence, with the best value for money you may find in the city. The hotel staff was very kind, and always ready to help, even at night!

Towels were supposed to be changed every three days. Ours only got changed once in 8 nights and when we told reception at the end they were going to give us a discount, but as we had already paid for the room they could not do anything and we still had to pay the city tax in cash, something which I believe they could have paid for...
