- La ubicación en el centro de Firenze - Espacioso como apartamento - Estilo de edificio clásico - Vistas estupendas al río Arno - Servicio asociado de garaje guardacoches. - Ambiente tranquilo y reservado. - Portera del inmueble muy atenta.

A veces el personal no estaba (hubo que esperar bastante a que llegara alguien a la recepción cuando llegamos, y a la hora de despedirse sólo estaba la limpiadora)

Excelente opción para visitar Florencia, comodo para las famlias, cocina completa. Lindas vistas sobre la ciudad desde la ventana. Un poco alejado de la catedral pero más cerca del museo Uffizi. Mejor relacion precio/calidad que en otras opciones disponibles.

Sólo nos faltó un sacacorchos. Por lo demás la cocina es completa

La ubicación es excelente , con vistas al Piazale Michelangelo sobre el Arno , así también como la calidad del apartamento . La relacion precio calidad es óptima . Hay supermarket por la zona y parking. Nos cambiaron las sábanas y tolallas durante los días de semana, cosa no habitual en deptos. No hay servicio de conserjeria. El administrador es muy amable y se lo contacta via mail o tel . Lo super recomiendo y volvería a ir

Ubicación cómoda para acceder al centro histórico. Las instalaciones son muy buenas y confortables, de gran diseño.

As we were staying in florence for five days it was nice to have a kitchen and a bit more space to relax. The apartment style was comfortable, clean and competely renovated. The location was decent and about a 15 minute walk to see the major sites. The owner of the apartments was very polite and helpful. The apartments felt secure and safe. Fast working internet.

The apartment building itself is a bit old, and the lady on the main floor was quite rude. If you are staying at this hotel be aware that the apartment is on the third floor and is renovated and not similar to the rest of the building.

I changed the room for one night,but they still charged me two nights fee. Also,the bath room is so stink cant stay there any longer.

the location is a little off the main sightseeing places..and there was no house keeping services on the 2nd day of our stay...found the hotel a little cold.....

The apartment is very cosy, well maintained, good facilities, excellent location and good staff.

We arrived later than 7 P.M. (check in is till 7) and spend 1,5 hours to reach keys. Because they were in onother hotel in another part of the town. It seems, that for price above 200 euros service might be better. It was our the only one day in Florance and it was spoiled.

We have liked absolutely all. We were in the apartment « Belvedere » which has a little balcony with a wonderful view. The apartment is perfectly equipped and the main bed very comfortable. The folding bed (sofa) in the living room is comfortable as well, but it’s necessary to fold it every morning, or else the access to the balcony would be limited. The sofa, when it’s folded is not too comfortable, maybe it would need to be renewed, but it’s just a detail. All the rest of furniture is in great conditions and all look clean and suitable for any need. The location is perfect and the staff, even though there is not any service of reception, is composed of very kind and friendly people. Gaetano and Osvaldo really gave us all the directions and necessary explanation. It’s better to inform about the time of arrival in all cases to be sure to find someone there. The check-out is…autonomous. We paid at the check-in and, the morning of our departure, we simply left the keys of the flat in the flat itself on the table by the entry as we agreed with Gateano and we could leave. In the entry hall, which is in common for all the apartments, there is a telephone at disposal which allows calling for free all telephone numbers of Firenze, so it’s very handy to call a taxi or to book a restaurant.

There was not anything we didn’t like. The only very little problem was not depending on the apartment…it’s a problem which is common in Firenze, mostly by the river banks…there are mosquitos at night, so it’s a good idea to have some kind of liquid spray repellent or electrical devices to keep the little disturbers away.

Florence View Apartments is within minutes walking distance to the historical of Florence. It is spacious and has all the facilities one requires for a hotel apartment. The units are nicely designed, have tall ceilings, breath taking views and contain modern equipped kitchen and bathrooms. It was ideal for a family with kids. I will return to this establishment when in Florence again.

Even though there was daily cleaning of the apartment and admit that a family of four with small kids make a lot of mess, I would have liked a more thorough daily cleaning.

This is a wonderful base of operations for exploring Florence and the surrounding area and is a fantastic choice. We were met by Gaetano, who not only came early on a Sunday to let us into the apartment per our special request after traveling all night with an infant, but also gave us a short tour of the neighborhood, pointing out the important spots (places to get reasonably priced wine, grocery store, good restaurants, etc.). Not only did he orient us to the neighborhood, he then took us out for coffee! He paid for it himself. Really, above and beyond. Grazie, Gaetano! The location of these apartments is absolutely perfect. The apartments are located in a locked suite in the apartment building (formerly a palace) that has a nice coffee machine, vending machine, phone for local phone calls and washer/dryer. We were in the Arceti apartment, which was lovely. However, the seating in the "living room" consisted only of a dining table and chairs, which would not have been a comfortable place to lounge or relax after a day of sightseeing. I had the idea to take the daybed from the loft and put it in the living room to make a couch of sorts. I asked Gaetano if we we could do this and he was more than accommodating. He helped my husband move the daybed and agreed that it seemed more comfortable that way. We were extremely comfortable in the apartment once we rearranged the furniture.

Everything was good enough. Good value for money. The location is convenient if you travel with your car and would avoid the limited traffic zone. 10 minutes walk from historical districts.

Nothing to dislike.

We really enjoyed our stay. All the tourist spots are in walking distances, yet spacious, quiet, nice view of the river and the old town from the loft. We could stay as if we were living there.

Slow wi fi and another set of keys could be nice.

verry clean, looked very new inside, view from apartment over city was nice. Kitchen was well set up. Vry easy to find after a dau of site seeing.

a bit of a walk to almost everything. closest site was ponte vechico at a 10 minute walk.

The apartments are really beautiful and clean and very well equipped and since Florence is actually very small, it is not even necessary to cook; you can also get out and eat. Two points though; first the internet does not work and all the people in the apartments were going up and down the hall all the time, trying to use skype or read their mail…the managers was quite hard to reach although they were both very kind and polite. Second, you have to bear in mind that what you see in the site is only one side of the hotel. The other looks on the river which is also very beautiful but it is not the view of the Duomo with the academy and everything you see in the pictures

Awesome room and massive living just like ur living at home

You can't check in before 2 and after 7pm, apparently need to make an appointment with them but u don't get told about this when booking so you can't leave luggage earlier. Apartment peon are not that helpfull plus when you finally meet the guy that can book you in blames you for not knowing.. They should have this as comments when booking. Wi Di is crap you don't get good signal in any of the rooms.
