We had a 1 bdrm apartment for 4 nights and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The rooms were big and well furnished and the kitchen was fully equipped. Great location and exceptional value for money (we were there in winter season). Marion who looked after our check-in was also fabulous and so helpful. The building also has an interesting history - info on which is provided in each apartment. Loved this place and made our stay in Florence all that more special.
Monica was extremely helpful, place is beautiful, service great, price is fair
only one minor thing, add some teabags and sugar....
The apartment was beautiful, well equipped , on a very nice spot , view to the river and near to the city center. The staff was friendly.
Very comfort. Good location!
We spent seven days at Florence View Apartments, a perfect location, lovely apartments, a wonderful view and walking distance to all the key tourism sites. Monica was a great hostess, giving great advice on places to go and nearby restaurants. We were very sad to leave!
Loved the view and the area. Close to a lot of the sights.
A little pricy, wifi setup was weird at first, but we figured it out.
Lovely apartment with attractive interiors, quality furnishings, great location and helpful staff. We liked it so much we booked a second stay.
We had a misunderstanding about the check out time, which was too early at 10am and the cleaner was quite unfriendly about it. Perhaps she was under pressure but it did seem abnormally early and we had understood it was 11.30.
Spacious apartment, excellent location
Finding out parking was 20 euro per day, instead of just 20 euro.could have been due to language barrier.8pm to 8am is free parking in white lines.
Nice apartment, superb location, very helpful and friendly staff
We felt as if we were living in florence and not passing by. It was very homely and massively spacious. This will definitely be our favourite to spot to stay in next time we are there. Location is excellent and Moni was very helpful in providing us what we wanted to know or see around the city.
Nice locatie, comfortable, clean, spacious place.
Expensive, but very good.
Location. Cleanliness. Décor and furniture.
We stayed at FlorenceView in early July, and I can say with certainty that these apartments are the place I'd love to return. An incredible view of Florence from the window, stylish interior and the apartments' convenient location (10 min maximum away from the main sights and the railway station) are good reasons to stay at FlorenceView again, but the most important advantage of this place is the staff's tenderness and willingness to help. To my shame, I left some beautiful jewelry bought on Ponte Vecchio (170€ all in all) at the luggage room while checking out, and I found it out at the airport half an hour before my flight. Fortunately, Monica, FlorenceView staff, agreed to help me with this trouble, and… yes, she found my loss! I cannot even explain how grateful I am. That's so amazing to realize that kind and understanding people do exist :) I'll recommend this place to all my friends as it is worth staying at.
Location, size, window view) Santa Croce is 5 minutes walk, Palazzio Vecchio - 10 minutes walk. Supermarket Conad - 10 minutes walk.
You can not check-in after 7 p.m. Another thing that annoys me a lot in aparents is that they have a kitchen but not even 10 grams of salt or sugar. So if I intend to cook I have to buy oil, sugar, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, etc. I know it is everywhere but it is so incredibly strange.
The unit we stayed was a small flat with a bedroom and a large dinig room. It was quite comfortable, all rooms seperately airconditioned, wireless internet was decent. Our flat had a wiew of the river Arno. Location was good (you can walk everywhere in Florence), you just walk down to Ponte Vecchio for several hundred meters. If we ever go to Florence again, we will stay there again.
Nice location. Perfect place!
Amazing view! Spacious, elegant, nice, clean and comfortable.
The size, location, décor, security and cleanliness of the apartments.
No "on-site" presence to respond to any queries and having to log on to Wi-Fi every time after a few minutes inactivity.
Lots of space with kitchen and washing machine. Staff friendly and helpful with great recommendation for dinner. Location 5 mins walk to centre of Florence. Felt safe and comfortable.
Wifi was spotty. Decor a little dated and dark.
overall it's definitely over priced compared to other similar type of flats in other tourist place like Barcelona.
The staff was very courteous and helpful. We had reservations made for us at a nearby excellent restaurant . The view was superb, the room spacious and very clean. The laundry facilities were easy to use and on the same floor. The beds were comfortable even the sofa bed.
We didn't stay long enough.
The location was nice. the room had a lot of space
upon check in the unloading zone was blocked which caused a hassle. parking was 20 Euro a day. I have paid $760 USD for 3 nights and parking is extra.
Great view over the river and centrally located.
A more flexible check-in would help, as no one was available until 2pm and no luggage storage.
Apartment was well furnished and clean. View from kitchen window was lovely. Location is close to Michaelangelo piazza and Santa Croce but a 15 minute walk to other sites.
We understand this is an apartment rental and not a hotel but staff was non existent except for the housecleaner. Their responses to emails were not complete or helpful. For example, when we asked if we could leave our luggage for a few hours after the 10 o'clock check out, we were told to see the receptionist at 2 o'clock? How does this help us? We changed our train reservation even though we would have liked to have 2-3 more hours in beautiful Florence. Lots of tall scrubs and trees and mosquitos were a constant problem in late May. Windows do not have screens. If you speak English, I would not recommend as the instructions for appliances, including the stove, thermostat, dishwasher, etc. are in every language except English. The washer/dryer was a real experience. The symbols may be understandable to someone who has the same unit, but not to us. The machine locks close and keeps drying your clothes even though you want to remove them. Even shutting it down, does not shut it off. When we asked, we were referred to the housekeeper who of course did a great job cleaning the room, but only there when we are out. Lastly, reviews talked about a nearby grocery store to pick up supplies but we did not find one.
The room was spacious and the loft with single beds worked well to accommodate the kids. The room was clean and quiet. Enjoyed having the air conditioning to keep the room cool.
