Near the Central station. You can walk to the shoppingcentra if you want to. Nice and clean rooms. Helpful staff. Much value for the money.

Great location right next to the train station, 24-hour desk. Breakfast is not amazing but decent enough provided you don't try the industrial pastries and stick to the white bread rolls and cereal.

Room amenities are not great, bathroom is very small and not enough towel racks, bed is uncomfortable spring mattress and the twin bed is split in two with a rift in the middle. Price is Milan price but the hotel is more like a 2 star rating and would not warrant this price anywhere else.

Proximity to the central train station and subway system is perfect. We have stayed in Hotel Florida in Milan and for the price and convenience it's perfect.

The breakfast could be improved although it's not that important to us. The location is far more valuable.

Excellent reasonably priced hotel for a short city break or a break during travel to other places in Italy. Very clean and well appointed. The breakfast is adequate and fairly standard for Italy. Very close to Central Station and easily walkable even with luggage.

The location - very close to the railway station. It is a very clean hotel.

The temperature was set too high and guests are unable to adjust. Breakfast was very basic - not even any fruit. Our toilet required repair and we were told that it would be done by the time we got back - were away for 7 hours and when we got back it was not fixed. The plumber had not been called! Our room was changed very reluctantly and only after we insisted. Not good enough!

Close to train station and also could get bus to the airport.

Room was dark and hot. We couldn't work the air conditioning or it was turned off in May. Very basic room with uncomfortable, old bed. The breakfast was very basic.

Well it's hard to describe or to draw clear line between positive and negative things in this hotel. So I'll start from biggest advantage - place. Perfect location, from hotel it's 2 minutes on walk to Milan central train station. The best thing there terminates airport shuttles, so you can be on time even for early morning flight. Big advantage breakfast served early in the morning, so you can drink your cup of coffee or tee even if you have to leave early. Breakfast itself not rich, just a major things like bread, some spreadable cheeses, corn flakes, sweet cakes. Let's say that English breakfast lovers would hate breakfast in this hotel, but as I hate English breakfast, I was fine with the one I got :) Beds were comfortable. It was really outdated room, but let's be honest for such price you shouldn't expect luxurious room. It's more like hotel for one or two nights. If I need just one night stay in Milan again I would choose this hotel again.

Dear Friends , Hotel Florida is a 3 Stars hotel . Very friendly and helpful staff . Specially the last day I had a problem with my credit card , it was miss understanding between the bank and booking.com , I thought I was charged twice , luckily the reception lady was very patient and she solved my concern . The hotel is clean , bathroom is just perfect . I couldnt rate the bed quality because I was so exhausted ^_^ the elevator was ok . I appreciate everything about this hotel specially for the last day late check in approval .

No issues that went wrong . Everything was quite nice for 2 days stay .

The location - very conveniently located near Milano Centrale. The room was ok.

The fact that they terrorized me three weeks before my arrival there demanding my credit card details, and expected me to send them by an ordinary e-mail! Eventually they did take a deposit from my account. Also upon arrival during the check-in they made me sign a paper - the idea was that I wouldn't have any complaints if the Internet connection was not satisfactory. The funniest thing was that I never managed to get the connection - the signal was too weak. I am a very frequent traveler, but it was the first time I experienced such attitude.

Very close to Milano Centrale, from where one can reach any part of Milan very easily with the metro rial. The area around Milano Centrale is not tourist friendly. The rooms were quit big and clean.

The staff working behind the desk was very rude and not really helpful... Two single beds in a double room.

The room is so cold and the wifi is very slow and unstable, I can not surf internet smoothly.

Room assigned was not the renovated one as per picture. Walls were thin such that I could hear the neighbouring unit's plumbing system. Wi- fi is non-existent despite being offered free.
