hotel is near via ottaviano and st peter. 7 minutes walking to metro station. also tram and bus stops are 2-3 minutes by walking. hotel staff specially rita was helpful and friendly. room was clean and tidy. 24 hours reception is a plus. breakfast should be better.

Was there with 7 friends as part of a long weekend taking in the Italy v Scotland rugby match. It was our second visit to Hotel Florida in 2 years. The hotel is very central in a smart part of Rome and was perfectly adequate for our needs and.. at a fantastic price. Staff were great...friendly and helpful.

Good location for what we needed. Nice area and good local shops, restaurants and bars. Attractive building from the outside. The staff were very nice indeed. I slept in a shared room. A friend used the double bed which he said was comfortable. I slept in the single bed which was very firm to the point of being uncomfortable. It kept me awake in the early hours. The shower was very weak and became weaker with use. I suspect it was an electric shower heating a cold feed. There was no bath. A noisy pump cut in whenever taps were run or the toilet flushed.

great staff, with perfect customer service. good location- close to vatican, metro station (5min walk). rooms were nice,clean a tidy. we enjoyed our stay and we would recommend hotel florida to everyone as a really good value for money.

Firstly, we are very happy about the service offering. After made a booking , we received direct confirmation from the hotel with some general information about transportation, airport pick up and others. And when I made the enquiries prior to my arrival they assisted us very quickly. I hv to say the service is tip top! We booked room for 4 beds and the room is sufficient and toilet is clean too. Though this hotel is small but its convenient and comfortable enough to stay. The road along the hotel is full of shops so you can start shopping from the next door onwards. The supermarket , Coins is just a block away, you just stock up your drinks before start exploring the city. The hospitality from the front desk staffs are so warm and they are very helpful and so friendly.. Thats make us very happy staying in this hotel We are truly happy with our stay and thats why this small hotel has very high rate! I have recommended even to my europe family and friends to stay at this hotel. And for sure we will stay here again in our next trip to Rome Location is good thats so important when u choose a hotel. Well we will stay in this hotel in our next trip.. Since we stayed in 4 beds room, the room a bit cramp to accomodate our extra large luggage but we place them under the bed but it was dusty, was not clean properly. This is just minor.. But will be nice if everything is clean..

Hotel Florida has a very good, safe location (only 5 minutes from San Pietro Church), the room is very comfortable, clean and modern. The bedroom and bathroom are big enough. All the people working at this hotel know English and are very happy to help you if you have any question. I certainly recommend it to anyone who is planning a trip to Rome.

If you want to be close to the Vatican and not spend a fortune, this hotel is a good find. The staff was excellent, the neighborhood, great and the room, although a bit small and dark, fine. Breakfast was an additional five Euro, but offered more than coffee and a roll. I'd go back.

We were greeted by Rita at the reception desk who was very helpful, curteous and friendly. The beds were slatted and the mattress thin. One slat broke as soon as I sat on the bed. There was a small tv in the room but it didnt have one english speaking channel. The bathroom at first glance looked very nice --all in marble. However, it was completely impractical. I had to walk into the bathroom sideways because there was no room to stand. There was no flat service to put anything on other than the toilet lid when shut. The shower was so small that I could touch all four sides by raising my elbows up parallel to my shoulders. My recommendation would be to remove the bidet--it was just in the way and would have provided the extra room to stand while getting dressed.

met 4 staffs during my 3 days staying in Roma, they all very kind, good english speaking, and give a lot of help. quite near a fruit and vegetable market, so u can buy very fresh things. located only 5-10 mins walk away from Vantican Museum, have a lots of shops in the same street, but still quiet in the night.

1St of all - very nice staff. They always are glad to help you. Special thaks to Ariana, she helped us to book vatican museum tickets. Location is great if you plan to visit Vatican and do some shopping. Located on a big avenue, but it is possible to park just in fron of hotel in te evening.
