It is very very bad hotel if it is called a hotel, I do not recommend for any body, It is not even a building but a flat inside a building, the rooms is extremely small and very poor and the building is very old bathrooms are bad and not clean and the worst about it is the staff who are completely unhelpful and the most of them is woman which is the manger I think that refused to apply the hotel policy on the site of booking, when we tried to leave the hotel told us that she will take the price e of the whole visit not only one night and we were booking a refundable booking, the air condition was not working until we left and every day they tell us that the technician will come

We were greeted by Rita at the reception desk who was very helpful, curteous and friendly. The beds were slatted and the mattress thin. One slat broke as soon as I sat on the bed. There was a small tv in the room but it didnt have one english speaking channel. The bathroom at first glance looked very nice --all in marble. However, it was completely impractical. I had to walk into the bathroom sideways because there was no room to stand. There was no flat service to put anything on other than the toilet lid when shut. The shower was so small that I could touch all four sides by raising my elbows up parallel to my shoulders. My recommendation would be to remove the bidet--it was just in the way and would have provided the extra room to stand while getting dressed.

Very clean rooms. Great location. Not all members of staff were very helpful. It is difficult to take heavy luggage as the reception is on the first floor and you have to negotiate 6 steps before reaching the elevator which is also not very spacious.

Hotel Florida has a very good, safe location (only 5 minutes from San Pietro Church), the room is very comfortable, clean and modern. The bedroom and bathroom are big enough. All the people working at this hotel know English and are very happy to help you if you have any question. I certainly recommend it to anyone who is planning a trip to Rome.

If you want to be close to the Vatican and not spend a fortune, this hotel is a good find. The staff was excellent, the neighborhood, great and the room, although a bit small and dark, fine. Breakfast was an additional five Euro, but offered more than coffee and a roll. I'd go back.

The location was great- located very close to the Vatican. There was also a bus stop that brought us to all major sights very close to the hotel. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast in the morning was very good for a cheap price. The room was very uncomfortable temperature wise. We had the air conditionining on but it turned off in the middle of the night and we were all very warm.

I like that the staff is professional, friendly, and accommodating. I also like the location which is at the center of almost everything. I didn't like that the rooms are so small! And with more than 100 euros for a night, it should have breakfast. I stayed at Olympic Hotel and the rate is lower than Florida (104 euros), but the room is so much bigger, and the rate already includes a buffet breakfast. The location of Olympic Hotel is also great, just being across Hotel Florida.

met 4 staffs during my 3 days staying in Roma, they all very kind, good english speaking, and give a lot of help. quite near a fruit and vegetable market, so u can buy very fresh things. located only 5-10 mins walk away from Vantican Museum, have a lots of shops in the same street, but still quiet in the night.

The stafff were extremely friendly and spoke english which is very important! The cleaning ladies were amazing, our hotel room was always clean. We were so happy with this hotel, and were not dissapointed at all! I would stay here everytime I ever go back! No complaints. Everything was perfect.

1St of all - very nice staff. They always are glad to help you. Special thaks to Ariana, she helped us to book vatican museum tickets. Location is great if you plan to visit Vatican and do some shopping. Located on a big avenue, but it is possible to park just in fron of hotel in te evening.
