Hotel ben situat. Fàcil d'arribar des de l'aeroport (bus). Habitacions netes. Wifi al hotel funciona correctament. Tracta del servei correcta.

Finestres amb manca de porticons, lo que fa que la llum entri fàcilment de bon matí. Esmorzar poc abundant, però correcta.

The staff is really nice. To arrive at venice with luggage is a big problem, because this hotel is close to Piazza le Roma (Bus and train stations) is really handy to arrive.

Internet at the room dosen't work.

Location. Close to train and bus station. Lovely staff.

Bathroom very cramped and high step into the shower.

Close to train and other boat transportation. Restaurants and shops also short walk away. Clean, but have to walk up stairs for all rooms. Old, but charming with very helpful desk staff. Had a nice breakfast offering each day with great staff.

Didn't like the additional stairs, but got used to it. Were a bit intimidated by the narrow alley type street to get to the hotel at first, but it was okay. Lots of walking traffic made the room noisy at night. Request a room in the back for quiet.

Great staff, good continental breakfast and perfect location in Venice

I loved how the hotel was walking distance from the bus stop. Its a perfect location if you take ryan air and catch the bus to venice. I loved it.

The taxi bus gets packed on weekends.

It was close to the rail station so we could walk with our bags quickly, close to water buses, and fine dinning. Breakfast service was great, we felt very comfortable.

Location to the train station (150 metres) and close to the shopping. Water bus station and tourist info office is 100m away. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Wifi was a problem but had it up and running well on the last evening. No lifts but there are only 2 levels with staircase. Breakfast was average but acceptable. The shower was difficult to manoeuvre in and we aren't big people.

Location. Breakfast good and price was right.

Friendly staff and more than adequate breakfast

Very close to station and very quiet; Venice is small enough to walk to everything. We only had two days so we didn't have to drag luggage very far.

The staff is what makes this hotel a good place to stay. Everyone was welcoming and helpful, especially the young man at the front desk. He answered all of our questions and always with a smile. Thanks! The room was quiet and clean but could use some refurbishment. Breakfast was plentiful with a good selection of cheese, meat, bread and pastries. The location is ideal if arriving or departing by train because it's a short 3/4 minute walk from the station.

There is no elevator and the stairs are steep and narrow. Although my husband and I were fine carrying our own luggage up the stairs I would offer a word of caution.

The Hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the people carrier for cruise holidays. A lot of nice restaurants close by. I would stay in the same hotel again. The staff are very helpful and pleasant.

They told me there was an Irish pub close by. It was Italian that sold Guinness. No Irish Sky for the rugby football.

Great litle hotel in a fantastic location for everything. Rooms and hotel were clean and staff helpful. Rooms were small but you have to expect that in Venice so not a problem. If we ever return to Venice will definitely return to this hotel.

Try to keep your luggage size and weight down to a minimum, those stairs can be painful but that is the same in many very old cities and towns in Europe.

The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the station - great! The staff was friendly (even providing a breakfast pack when we had to leave before breakfast on our last day). Breakfast is OK - they are justifiably proud of their freshly backed bread rolls. The hotel was clean, with no odours hanging around.

The shower cubicle was so small that dropping your soap was a major disaster - there is no way to retrieve it without opening the door. In addition, the shower temperature changed quite a lot, which makes taking a shower an interesting exercise if you have nowhere to escape to. The use of an extremely small breakfast room to serve all their guests is a study in efficiency: I never thought 3 people could share a table of not much more than 500 mm square! The fact that inconsiderate people generated so much noise up to 2h00 or 3h00 each night is hardly the hotel's fault, but poor sound isolation is. Unfortunately the negatives outweigh the positives when I think back to our stay here.
