Hotel Florida  

Excellent location....literally a 2 minute walk from the tran station and easy to locate!! Close to shops, restaurants and water bus stops. Staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful with information about Venice attractions! Rooms were clean and showers were nice and hot. The hotel fulfilled our purpose perfectly! Would recommend this hotel (and Venice!!!) to others. Reasonably priced too!!!!!

The breakfast was a little average! There is no lift to take your luggage up to the rooms, just the stairs!! Not too many stairs to climb though!!

Excelent location,the best. There is a person,Emanuel that is a boy very friendly and all the times he give us help with a big smile.Great!

The breakfast could be bettet.

It is very close to the train station although a little difficult to find at first. Basically it's down the little alley on your left past the chruch next to the station. There is a sign on the wall at the entrance to the alley. It's right at the vaporetta stations so you can go down the Grand Canal and to St. Mark's Square easily. The breakfast was very nice, cereal, yogurt, meat, cheese, croissants etc. and cappachinos and coffee. The fellow on the desk, who looks very much like Johnny Depp, was very helpful and pleasant. Our room was large and overlooking the rear of the building so it was quiet. The street side may have been more noisy and the rooms looked much smaller.

The hotel stagf evening shift is very helpful and pleasant

The way they serve breakfast, there was only one lady responsible for the breakfast area and services, she is the only one serving all the us at the breakfast area.mainly coffee should be prepared and served by her, so you have to wait until it is ur turn but she was v helpful

Location convenient, close to train and vaporetto stop. Clean and decent sized room, a deluxe double. Very quiet room and comfortable bed. Breakfast adequate, not great.

No elevator, so had to carry luggage up full flight of steps. Person at reception desk could have been friendlier. Street hotel is on felt a bit "seedy". Price too high for this level of hotel, though that seems typical in Venice.

The staff was wonderful. It is very close to the train station and the hub of all transportation. The room was typical in size for Italy, and very clean and comfortable. Woulod stay again, very reasonable, great location, great staff, free breakfast.

Best locaton where closed to the Rail station and Cruise terminal.

The hotel is perfectly located, it is clean and very cosy, we had spent several days there and all the staff were friendly. We liked it a lot and will go there again if we visit Venice for the 2nd time. I reccommend it!

The location is excellent. When we arrived in Venise, it was cold, windy and it was really interesting to be from the railway station just a few meters away at the hotel. The room we had was quite nice and it is a good rapport qualité/prix and the other advantageto be near all the vaporeto stops..

Great location with 2 min walking to Santa Luzia station. Liner clean, security box. Help to send my lost credit card to my next destination. Friendly staff.

The stair is sharp to carry loggage.
