abbiamo apprezzato la pulizia ed il silenzio. Eravamo al secondo piano e non abbiamo sentito una mosca volare. eventualmente la colazione. veramente di poco gusto. |

la posizione ottimale rispetto alle nostre esigenze non è certo colpa dell'albergo, ma la finestra della stanza al primo piano si affaccia su una calle stretta e le chiacchiere dei passanti, amplificate dai muri, erano molto rumorose di notte. |

vicinanza dalla stazione e da piazzale roma. colazione abbondante. prima mezz'ora intenet gratuita. la finestra della stanza affacciava su una strada rumorosa. arredamento della camera carente. |

The owners were really very friendly and helpful; the room was comfortable, clean and furnished in a romantic Venetian style and air conditioned in it was great. We really enjoyed staying at Florida hotel! |

convenience to plaza la roma bus station few minutes, very quiet but just off main thoroughfare easy to find rooms very dark, staff not overly friendly but thats normal in Venice we had to go without breakfast as we had early bus to catch although receptionist offered us juice nd bread. Its grand if you are passing through and dont want to spend much time there |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were ready to give directions, suggestions and had a map at hand which they marked with directions. They kept the doors open 24 hours so it was easy to get out and enjoy the sites of Venezia whenever we had the urge to go. Conveniently located just a short walk from the train station, water taxis, and atm. The rooms were a bit cramped with little room to move around and one of our rooms was located right above the reception desk and we could hear the coming and goings of the patrons all night. We had to move the small children into the other room so they could sleep. |

My boyfriend and i had a small yet comfortable room with en suite bathroom for three days, and it really felt like our own little venice bubble, we came and went as we pleased, and when we asked to not have anyone come in a nd clean for us, we got a but ofcourse answer in reply; the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The only thing that wasn't great was the limited breakfast, but all these hotels are the same in that sense really. Also seeing as our room was on the second floor above a side street, when we left the windows open at night the noise from the passerbys was a bit disruptful, but not to the extent where one is constantly awakened. |

Convenience for Grand Canal and P. Roma. Hotel retained original features, with Venetian character. Very quiet (except for the church bells in the morning !) Breakfast buffet could have done with some meat. |
