Great breakfast and comfortable bed.
The staff was doIng dishes at 11:00 at night and woke me up.I complained to the staff but I could still hear him. The noise began again around 5:00am.
Staff so helpful especially front of house staff. Breakfast first class. Tea, Coffey, Juice free all day.Lovely place right in the heart of Rome.
Lift a bit on the scary side.
The modern room and breakfast area, the location, and the helpful staff.
Everything, even the small, horror movie elevator :) Very nice room, very good breakfast and helpful staff. Also, nice and center location.
Poorly signed so you have the chance and walking past you hotel, like we did :D
i didnt know what to expect, but i was amazed.
a bit small, but ok.
the room is spacious; the breakfast offers a lot of choices; I love the show stuff in the toilet. The location is fantastic.
The canteen is close to our room. during the breakfast there was a staff keep cleaning the dishes and made a lot of noise. If they do it more quietly that will be superb!
It can be said that you should not expect elevator to be working if you are coming. It's the one where the door should be closed manually, and many tourists just don't do that when it's on the top floors. So if you don't mind carrying your suitcase, it's a great hotel indeed. I loved it. Maybe management will find a solution for this (for example, you could put a phone down the stairs, and if there is a trouble with the elevator, someone could get it for the client).
Nice modern rooms with a good location near centre of Rome and a great breakfast.
Everything except the elevator.
The elevator needs an urgent update.
Walking distance to all the important sites and close to the met.
From the duty managers to the cleaners, all the staff ensured that our stay at the Floris Hotel was memorable. My room was cleaned and the fridge replenished daily. The AC was life saving and I would not have survived the hot humid temperature in late July. Franco John found the sewing kit and was ready to help when my dress strap broke just before my journey home. Andreas was there when I need to navigate around the Italian Internet. Thank you all.
The hotel was badly sign posted, it took several attempts before we found it and then it was on the fourth floor.
Location, breakfast, wi-fi, staff, cleanliness, spaciousness, decor
They need a much better sign outside. It's in a building on the fourth floor and there are other hotels on the 1st and 2nd floors, but they have large signs and the Floris has one tiny sign.
Newly renovated wide and clean room
Difficult to find because 3 hotels are in the same building
Great staff , wifi fast very clean hotel , good breakfast but could do more with hot food , near bu stops and there is a supermarket called carfur express 5 min walk which helps a lot as Rome is very expensive
Our only problem was baby pram , very small left and no disabled access
Perfect place to visit rome near termini and republica metro stations! Staff is amazing and always willing to help! Rooms are nice, clean and airco is working very well(and pretty quiet). Fridge is refilled with bottle of water everyday! Breakfast is good!
Very modern, clean, large rooms and beautifully equipped and friendly staff. Great breakfast. Fabulous central location. This hotel was great value and was a real pleasant surprise.
Only downside is a small, old-fashioned elevator - but it works fine. The hotel is in an older building with other hotels and the Floris is not well sign-posted but it is fabulous.
The lift to the 4th floor level
The sign on the entrance at the ground floor level very small to find. Dinning area small if all guest arrival at the same time
Morning is very noisy. The noise coming from the hallway and dining room. Rattling cups, chairs, coffeemaker roar...
- location was great - breakfast was ok (a lot of sweet pastries) - reception was always open
- Pretty expensive for the size of the room and the luxury of the hotel - Noise (The first night we got a room near the room for breakfast. From 6 o'clock we were woken up and could not sleep anymore because of the loud noise of preparing breakfast en cleaning plates)
- good area for tourists - rooms are clean and large
- it's a little bit difficult to find the entrance
Close to main railway station and metro. Superb breakfast, tea and coffee free all day long, kind staff. Early chech-in was possible. Comfortable, air-conditioned, soundproof room.
Location excellent, very close to main train station and other transport. Very modern and attractive rooms. Excellent whiffing and breakfast.
A bit hard to find, but once located great location.
Clean, friendly and comfortable with a great breakfast. Recently renovated and redecorated.
The entrance hall to the building is dark and there are stairs to an antiquated lift, but once you get past that it is fine!
Was quite surprised by the size, cleanliness and decor of the room. Breakfast was amazing for such limited space.
Entrance and lift in the main building
Location - clean room- nice bathroom Breakfast is ok but high in sugar - no healthy and diet option
Old building - small room - very small bed- elevator from early 1900 (super small) - feels like a dorm with college kids
