Spacious accommodations. Nice to have kitchen facilities to make our own food. Location was close enough that we could walk to the sites we wanted to see in Florence.
Found it hard to find initially. (The entry door is facing onto the piazza)
A very well equipped, modern and spacious appartment close to the historic center. Local market vis-a-vis
Noise from the cafe underneath and the neighbouring families
The apartment was very clean and tidy. Everything you could need for a short stay was there including washing up liquid and washing liquid to use the washing machine. It is about 20 minutes to walk to the centre. The neighbourhood has lots of local cafes and bars including a bar next door. We didnt use it as we were with friend staying in another location. It did not disturb us though. the internet was fast. The hosts were fantastic. Met us promptly and gave us all the info we needed. THis was by far the best city accomodation we stayed inon our Italy tour,
Nothing ! Just be prepared that there are no taxis locally for your return to the airport or train. You can book transfers ahead of time on the internet.
The apartment was really spacious and clean. Andrea was so nice that he bought us breakfast and some snacks and wine for us! The neighborhood was quiet and it's only a 10 minutes walk to duomo.
Paid in cash. Difficult to find the apartment.
Location was great! Transportation was near by. Restaurants in neighborhood were really good. Apartment was large and very clean.
Have no complaints.
Great kitchen, good bathroom and washing machine. Loved the location. The apartment was really clean and smelt nice when you walked into it. Top place to stay.
Lots of mosquitos during our 2-night stay last June.
Quiet, clean, efficient place with all amenities and facilities in good order, and with all resources nearby. Residential area, not flashy but decent.
Managers should keep in mind that often travelers have luggage, sometimes multiple pieces, and often heavy. They may also have children along. The bus that goes from the train station to the apartment location is really small. The directions to the bus stop were vague. We spent one hour finding the stop and waiting for the bus. Eventually we took a taxi because the bus was crowded and people pushed past us to get on. Please include directions to the taxi stand and approximate fare. At least people will have an option!!
Rita was an extremely helpful host and took pains to explain how to best enjoy Florence. The WiFi worked and I could catch up with work.
The space was a bit cramped for 5 people - you can't move when you spread out the beds. Also some more cooking and serving utensils would help. Florence is more expensive compated to Rome but this was more economical than others.
The apartment was in a convenient location, had really nice amenities, and was huge! The owner communicated with us well in advance to confirm the time we would arrive. She provided water and treats that were a really nice touch. The apartment also had coffee and some basic food items that added to the homey feel. A map and locations of nearby markets were also provided. Awesome experience! We loved Florence!
The place is so new, the piazza that it was located on wasn't on our map (obviously not their fault).
Gorgeous well-furnished neat little apartment in a simply fantastic location met all our needs. Within 5-10mins (pedestrianised) walk of Duomo and lovely walk back from Boboli. On a fantastic little piazza where kids could play, coffee shop/excellent pizza restaurant and a local market right on the doorstep. Just perfect for families.
Very nice, welcoming and helpful staff. Newly furnished and renowated room. The studio is realy comfy and very spacious. Everything is designed with really good style. Nice and big bed at the 1st level. High speed wi-fi internet. Location, close to main attractions.
There are 2 additional beds at the 2nd level of the flat. The ceiling is too low. In fact it's OK for kids 6-7 years old... Not for adults. As for us, it didn't bother me too much, but you need to take this fact into consideration if you book this apartment for 3-4 adults. Hard to find parking near the place.
