Location and genral cleanliness were good. Helpful reception staff.

Breakfast was a bit limited- too much sweet stuff.

A good breakfast, very close to Termini station and the subway.

The hotel located on a very noisy street. Air conditioning worked so badly and we had to open the window. Free wi-fi wasn't availible, but paid service worked! Very strange!

1) The biggest plus is location. Commuting from termini metro station or republicca bus stand was very easy. Via Cavour had great food options and Via nazionale has good shopping options. 1.5 Kms from trevi fountain, Spanish steps or colosseum. Not far from via del corso, 200 mtrs from Diocletian baths. Very easy to locate. 2) Rooms were small but cozy. Our room was cleaned everyday. Washroom was well equipped and we managed to hot water instantly. We were given a room with a road side view, as we had desired- as we wanted to have the freedom to lookout of the window and feel the local weather. 3) Stephano had some useful advise on local site seeing options. He promptly shared a city map with us and was always a great help in planning our daily itinerary/ best route/ mode of transport. He advised us on best route to reach piazza spagna ,Spanish steps,colosseum . Special thanks to Giovanni- a warm and welcoming personality, always willing to assist/ extend help and share local information. Cappuccino was awesome.special thanks to the lady at Breakfast was sumptuous.

Negatives- not exactly – but scope of improvement/ red herring to fellow tourists— 1. ACs don’t get started before it's June( though rome weather is great and one does not need ACs before summers). 2. Bfast does not have a great variety/ anything lavish- but it's good enough for a modest budget. Cappuccino, fruits and butter were great though. 3. Don’t get carried away with "3 star" rating. It's , like most other "3 star" properties in Europe, a good B&B where your rooms would be cleaned and beds would be made every day- that's about it. Modest set up-Just one person at reception. No bell boys(however the lift works and that is a great help). 4. Flower Garden does not have a kitchen after breakfast hours. The best they can offer post b'fast hours is hot water in a kettle. 5. By the way, rooms don’t have electric kettle or any means of preparing tea in room- something one expects in a 3 star property- but then it is not peculiar to Flower Garden alone. 6. No kitchen, no room service, small( though cozy,clean and well equipped) rooms, NO FREE wi fi( one has to pay to use wi-fi), no electric kettle, no tea/ coffee in room- are a few things , which one can expect in all regular "3 star" hotels in Europe. Had they kept basic tea/ coffee facility (make it yourself type) with an electric kettle- that would have been superb. 7. only 2 English channels on cable TV. May be the hotel management can do better than this. A couple of hollywood movie channels and music channels would be welcome.

The staff was fabulous!!!! Remi the front desk attendent was the best. He was very helpful.very polite especially when we made a mistake on our booking. The other staff member was also very friendly.

Very poor internet and expensive! I paid 5 eur for 24 h and was able to use it only twice with very poor connection. Breakfast could be better.

Cleanliness and value for money. It is also conveniently located with a scooter rental shop.

Breakfast items were too limited and low in quality.

Helpful staff and 24 hours/7 days reception desk. Good location - 3 min walk from Termini Station. The streets were a little noisy, but the hotel is next to the main train station of Rome, so I was expecting it.

Chanels in TV did not work (no or poor signal).

Very well located near Termini Station with good restaurants nearby (from cheap to a little bit more expensive, but worthy), serves breakfast and clean rooms.

Might be noisy if you stay in a room near the street (reminding that the hotel is at a central location near the station). If you have sleep problems, ask for a room on the other side!

The staff were very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and big.

The breakfast was fine but not amazing. Hwever, there was a lot of choice.

It was a quiet location despite being extremely handy for the main station and the metro. The area had good restaurants and the staff were very friendly. We could leave our bags there safely after checking out and were able to deposit them early before check-in without being made to feel a nuisance. The showers were excellent.Good to have use of a fridge too.

The rooms did feel a little bit claustrophobic, a padded cell and the decor in the corridors was a little drab but really, what does that matter. There was no bar or larger area in which to sit together so you have to be out of the hotel all day but when there's so much to do that's only a inor problem.

The hotel is very close to Termini station and all the hop on hop off buses which makes it very easy to get around the city plus to and from the airports. Staff were great, good breakfast and very clean.

The position near the Termini Station was very good as we had a hire car and could drop it off at the station. There were reasonable restaurants near by and the Coliseum was a 15 minute walk away.

The staff and management provided outstanding service. The room was always clean with fresh sheets and towels. The front desk staff was helpful answering all our questions and assisting in selecting must see attractions in the city.
