The stuff was very friendly. I think this hotel is fair enough for an individual who want to see city sites. I don't believe that is a 3 star hotel, I've stayed in other 2 star hotels that are much better than this. |

Nothing endeared us to the staff or the state of the hotel. It was our worst experience in Europe The heating could not be turned off despite a number of requests to the Front Desk. We did not sleep at all because our room was a sauna |

It was clean and was convenient for the Termini station (just five minutes walk) and the major sites (15-20 minutes walk). Transport connections were great. It is not good for an authentic Italian experience. The hotel and most of its staff are Chinese! Those on reception did not speak much English and the facilities were very basic. The online description of a "lavish breakfast" were not accurate. |

Excellent location, about 5-10 mins of walking to Termini, attractions start right after you go out of the hotel. Bathroom looks quite old and needs renovation. |

The room was lovely and the view of the canal was very nice. You are in a good location for everything. The only bad thing about this hostel was the bed was a boxspring to sleep on and not a mattress at all. It was horrible. |

The hotel was not so far from the station. Hotel staffs were friendly. We didn't find the hotel and walked far down the street, but the hotel was close to the entrance of the street. Shower was a little bad. I booked triplet room, but third bed was a sofa. |

Convenient location but a very very basic hotel. This hotel is right next to the train station in a safe area and it is walking distance to the sights. The room was clean and adequate but over priced compared to other options on line. The breakfast was just terrible and unhygenic (warm cheese and milk, old rock hard pasteries). Very very rude staff. |

Room was clean, staff pretty ok, price ok and verry good location for city trip. breakfast preety poor, and they didn't accepted the diners credit card. For booking confirmation was ok, and they have contract with diners but the guy on the reception sad that he can not accept this card. I supose that diners calculate 5% for the amount and they prefere some other card, but that is not the way to do this. Petty! |

It is close to 2 metro stations and main Rome attractions. There are many restorations, snack bars etc around. When my friend fell down we get all necessary assistance from the staff. Everything is tiny. You would not expect corner with armchairs in the room. |

Centrally located for easy access to all the sites of Rome (on foot) and plenty of restaurants nearby. Also near Termini station. Comfortable beds, well maintained. Small rooms, shower not too good, aircon insufficient, no hotel bar. But none of minor issues detracted from the enjoyment of our stay. |

Location - Boring breakfastBoring breakfast - Be careful when you pay the hotel room by cash, because the hotel double charge on my credit card when I get back to my country. I have to contact them but I not sure I will receive it back. |
