Flower Garden Hotel  

Hotel rooms were clean and the location was excellent. Was near many places to dine and had quick access to the Metro and the train station.

As expected in Europe, the hotel rooms are small, the a/c rarely works to our satisfaction and it was pretty noisy outside until after midnight. However, we barely spent anytime in the room, but the a/c is important to rest for the next days adventure and we expected it to be noisy in a busy city like Rome.

One member of the hotel staff on our last day.. totally unwilling or unable to find out times of trains between the station and airport (had telephone and internet at his disposal) just told us to look at the station!!.Hotel location can make for early morning noise.Staff appear to be unwilling to control noisy guests who are rowdy in communal areas/corridors. Small shower.

Very good location ,closed to Termini station .The room was small but very clean .

It was convenient to the train station and tourist hop on/off bus. There were also a lot of places to eat in the neighborhood.

A little, lovely and clean room and tasty breakfast. It was the perfect choice!

I asked the staf if they can give me some food for breakfast since I will leave very early in the next morning. He said it depends on the kitchen's left and he will tell me. But after that, nobody cares or mentioned this thing!

The staff is nice and location is good if you have to leave the hotel early at morning to take a train or a bus to the Airport, that was the main reason to choose this Hotel. Because of the price I was expecting less but it has been a good experience to find a nice receptionist and a good room

Good location (very close to Termini). Easy commutation (metro, train, ...). Walking distance to several nice spots in Rome. Reception personnel are gentle.

Pretty dirty and smelly. Their chinese staff do not speak any english, or italian, ... Cheap breakfast (and no variation during 4 days). Towels badly cleaned. This hotel needs to be inspected by the salubrity service: beds and sheets have 'bedbugs'... I've filed a complain to the office in charge of the cleanness of hotel since I found bugs in my room and red, ichty welts on my skin. I consulted a doctor who gave me pills, special shampoo and creme (at least remboursed by the hotel).

Friendly and helpful staff, specially Mr. Remy at the counter. Convenient location just 5 minutes from Termini train station bus stand. Close to all the restaurants, Metro, Hop-on buses, Carrefour super market and shopping.

Street alongside the hotel is bit noisy at night some times hence would be difficult for someone who need little quietness to sleep. If so, better ask for a room not facing the front. However, within the hotel as well sometime may get disturbance because of the thin walls.

It was within easy walk of the Railway station. Toiletries provided and big fluffy towels. The staff were friendly . the breakfast was an extensive cold buffet.

It was very noisy both inside and outside the hotel. The toilet didnt flush properly and the shower door wouldnt stay shut. No soap holder in the shower. Shower box tiny.

There wasn't a power point. To charge our phone's we had to move the desk/minibar. Also the room was quite hot and stuffy.
