I liked the location very much, a few steps from the Termini railway station, but in a very small and quiet street at the same time, so nothing disturbs you at night!!!! Reasonably priced with quite a good breakfast (we had fresh juice, rolls of 3 types, boiled eggs...). The English speaking and very helpful staff. Rooms are cleaned well and in time. Besides it is located in the district with a lot of small cafes, restaurants and shops, near the opera. Recommend it to everybody. And ask at the reception for shuttle back to the airport which is the same price as train, but much more convenient. We were taken to the airport on Saturday in 20 min. |

The Hotel is near the station termini, from where you can get to various places in rome via metro, bus and train. The staff was friendly and our room was clean and pretty quiet. The breakfast was not that good, as it used to be in Germany, but ok. |

The staff was excellent, as well as the location. It's good value for money. It's a very simpatic little hotel. We would reccomend this hotel to everybody who is travelling for a short period in Rome and wants to see a lot of things. Breakfast was poor, no ham, just cheese. Only tv channels on Italian, except for bbc news :). The hotel is a bit hard to find, although the location is excellent. |

We were travelling by train and the hotel was an easy walk from the train station and also close to the sights of Rome. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean. The bath didn't have a plug and the shower head kept slipping so those facilities could be improved. |

Quiet (compared to others of the same category), clean, polite stuff, no extra/secret charges, good location (near Terminal station & Metro), decent breakfast, nice comfortable beds, 24h heating At least one person should speak fluently English, more variety in breakfast, each room should be able to control the heating (not just open the windows) |

Close to the city centre, within walking distance of main attractions and public transport. It was a nice quiet hotel. Most staff were very friendly and helpfull House keeping staff did not respect the "Do not disturd" sign. One member of the reception team made it very difficult for my wife to get the room key on her return to the hotel and then compleatly refused to help her to call a taxi when she was leaving. |

The hotel is located in a very good position: close to the Termini station and booth by walk and public transportation you can reach very easily the different main attractions of Rome. The staff was very kind; the facilities are ok - if we check the price/value rate this hotel is a good choice. |

I thought the breakfast was nice. I liked having a refrigerator and safe. Being close to the Termini station was awesome. Felt safe. A lot of restaurants and shopping nearby. Was able to by train ticket to airport right at hotel. |

The only positive thing is the localization. Very close from the subway and from the city center. The very poor breakfast and the noise made starting at 8am which didn't let us sleep on the last 2 days. |

The stuff was very friendly. I think this hotel is fair enough for an individual who want to see city sites. I don't believe that is a 3 star hotel, I've stayed in other 2 star hotels that are much better than this. |

Nothing endeared us to the staff or the state of the hotel. It was our worst experience in Europe The heating could not be turned off despite a number of requests to the Front Desk. We did not sleep at all because our room was a sauna |

It was clean and was convenient for the Termini station (just five minutes walk) and the major sites (15-20 minutes walk). Transport connections were great. It is not good for an authentic Italian experience. The hotel and most of its staff are Chinese! Those on reception did not speak much English and the facilities were very basic. The online description of a "lavish breakfast" were not accurate. |
