Breakfast is very good. Location is an advantage being close to the Termi and metro.
Tiny bathroom and room with noise in corridor
Very friendly, clean and staff extremely helpful. Location ideal for all sites and close to station
The breakfast was poor.
I was looking for a nice, decent place for a weekend, located near Termini station, and this one fit the bill perfectly. Front desk staff was great, as was the overall level of service, with varied and plentiful breakfast options. Most of the city is reachable very comfortably from this place.
It may just have been my room, but the bed was a little short. Luckily, even single beds are wide enough the sleep diagonally. Also, pay attention to the A/C, as the room can get a little cold during the night.
Most of the staff speak realy good english, and the bathroom and all was realy clean. Its only a 3star hotel but its a good 3star. And well worth the money, as in. The continental breakfast is good.
Not much to not like?? Its all in all a great 3star hotel. The sae dint work in room 114 ;) out of battery.
Great value if you need a place near the train. Very clean, small but functional bathroom. Breakfast is ok, ask for fresh made coffe and you'll get a very nice cappuccino.
Our room was drab and oddly laid out. Others might be nicer.
Close to the termini and walking distance to main attractions
Great location, very friendly staff that helped us a lot (thanks a lot), clean & convenient!!!
The breakfast could be better. Also no real cappuccino/espresso was served but only machine coffee.
So handy to the central station, the man at reception was friendly, helpful and informative on what i wanted to do, the bed was comfy and nice breakfast.
The staff were friendly and helpful when we arrived after a 10 minute walk from the station. Our rooms were of a fair size and very clean. The WiFi connection was very fast. The TV has English news channels so we could catch up on what was happening in the world. The Thai restaurant next door is an absolute must visit. The food is very reasonably priced and delicious. We had a very good stay at this hotel.
The first night we were there the gentleman at the desk directed us to the very expensive restaurant situated in a very old round building. We thought we would spoil ourselves and followed his advice but it was hopelessly over price for what we got and the waiters were not very helpful.
Stefano, the man at the main desk during the days, was so helpful to me. He recommended restaurants, good dishes, and good local wines. He booked a tour for me and generally was an all-around nice guy. The price was great!
Good location, Great room, Excellent Service, Fast Internet, and Good Breakfast.
The proximity to Termini Train Station was what spurred the choice made. Leonardo Express Train was timely and we lost no time in finding the hotel and heading towards Rome splendid centre. Breakfast was decent: breads, butter, ham, cheese, chocolate spread, different pastries, hard boiled egg, tea, coffee- even the regular expresso, and cappuccino, simple but tasty. Room was spotless, supple towels, pillows and mattresses. Best of all the A/C made up for the humid Mediterranean weather. Stone's throw to hop on hop off terminus... excellent diners for evining meals... Rome: Eternal
The sound of the hotel's extractors going on 24/7.
The staff are friendly and helpful. they have smile face and help me to book a shuttle bus to the airport( 40 Euro for 3 people, pick up at hotel, takes 30 minutes to FCO ). They even asked the breakfast lady to prepare a take away breakfast box for me to take it to catch the early morning bus to the airport. The hotel is only 10 minutes walk to the Termini train station. From there you can take train to every where. There is a lift in the hotel. The room is big for three people. The wi-fi works very fast ( they even have two log in routers to make more rooms). Aircondintion is cool. TV has English channels such like CNN,BBC,Europnews. The breakfast is good, tasted croissant and ham, cheese, eggs and wonderful espresso coffee. The next door is a wonderful and good quality Chinese restaurant , average 7 Euro per dish, nice noodle shop and spicy dishes. We have dinner there every night during our stay.
i stayed for three nights in july 2014. my room (single) was small but still ok in size and well furnished. the room and the bathroom were very clean. there was daily room cleaning and change of towles. wifi was working in the room also and free of charge (NEW!). breakfast was offered as a buffet which contained toast, cheese, salami, eggs as well as müsli, cereals and a variety of sweet pastries and cakes. eventhough my room was facing the street and was next to the elevator it was quiet enough. staff was very friendly and speaking english well.
Clean comfortable rooms Good breakfast with plenty of variety Close to train station (2mins walk) Easy walk to main sites or close to metro for other side of city eg Vatican/st Peters if not able to walk longer distances Stayed here in June 2007 returned July 2014. Family have also stayed here twice and had good experiences.
Location friendly great. staff at the desk friendly and helpful.
Position close to station Roma termini suited our requirements. Our room did not face onto the street so it was quiet on a Friday night. The rooms and bathrooms were clean albeit small. This is a no nonsense no frills sensibly run hotel ideal for short stays when you have an early train to catch the next day.
No facility for making tea. For long stays perhaps too cramped.
The staff are excellent. Especially Stefano at reception, and Remy too! It's so close to Termini Station but off the main road. A small, well run hotel thanks to the great staff employed there who actually care about your comfort. Easy walking to the metro, buses or on foot to main attractions.
First time the corridors were noisy, but second time no problem. Probably depends on the courtesy of other guests so not fair to criticise!
Closeness of the Hotel to the Railway Station, friendly and helpful staff.
Street Hotel is located in is not very appealing.
great location near the main rome train station and close to the republica metro stop. the room was quiet and breakfast was well done. lots of restaurants nearby. wifi in the room had good quality signal. staff was very helpful.
the air conditioning was weak, and the bathroom was quite small.
Location was the attraction point, room rate compare with facility were unworthed
