Location: near Termini, walking distance from downtown, plenty of public transport around. Friendly, helpful staff. Room and bathroom space (except the shower box) above average for the price range. Room recently reformed, looks new. Free, reasonably fast and reliable wifi.
Very small elevator. Very small shower box, even for a thin guy like me. Also, people 1m90 tall have to bend knees to stay in.
The location is excellent, the staff very friendly, the room was good. Breakfast no many options
V near the Termini for travel purposes.
Room was small.
Efficient hotel: no problems internally. Good sized room for a fair price.
Rubbish in the street outside.
Excelent location near Termini and close to all historical places. Yummy breakfast with plenty of choice. Staff is very polite and helpful. I would stay here again!
Breakfast is very good. Location is an advantage being close to the Termi and metro.
We stayed for four nights, convenient location, close to bus termini on one side and republica on another. Breakfast has wide selection from fruits to muesli, cereal to ham, cheese, toast. Room and bathroom clean daily. A/C unit, small refrigerator, hair blower, tv unit and good wifi in the room. Close by Chinese restaurants and food bar. Would stay here again.
A/C unit was not cooling as strong to be felt in August days and nights.
Tiny bathroom and room with noise in corridor
Very friendly, clean and staff extremely helpful. Location ideal for all sites and close to station
The breakfast was poor.
I was looking for a nice, decent place for a weekend, located near Termini station, and this one fit the bill perfectly. Front desk staff was great, as was the overall level of service, with varied and plentiful breakfast options. Most of the city is reachable very comfortably from this place.
It may just have been my room, but the bed was a little short. Luckily, even single beds are wide enough the sleep diagonally. Also, pay attention to the A/C, as the room can get a little cold during the night.
Most of the staff speak realy good english, and the bathroom and all was realy clean. Its only a 3star hotel but its a good 3star. And well worth the money, as in. The continental breakfast is good.
Not much to not like?? Its all in all a great 3star hotel. The sae dint work in room 114 ;) out of battery.
Great value if you need a place near the train. Very clean, small but functional bathroom. Breakfast is ok, ask for fresh made coffe and you'll get a very nice cappuccino.
Our room was drab and oddly laid out. Others might be nicer.
Close to the termini and walking distance to main attractions
Great location, very friendly staff that helped us a lot (thanks a lot), clean & convenient!!!
The breakfast could be better. Also no real cappuccino/espresso was served but only machine coffee.
So handy to the central station, the man at reception was friendly, helpful and informative on what i wanted to do, the bed was comfy and nice breakfast.
The staff were friendly and helpful when we arrived after a 10 minute walk from the station. Our rooms were of a fair size and very clean. The WiFi connection was very fast. The TV has English news channels so we could catch up on what was happening in the world. The Thai restaurant next door is an absolute must visit. The food is very reasonably priced and delicious. We had a very good stay at this hotel.
The first night we were there the gentleman at the desk directed us to the very expensive restaurant situated in a very old round building. We thought we would spoil ourselves and followed his advice but it was hopelessly over price for what we got and the waiters were not very helpful.
Stefano, the man at the main desk during the days, was so helpful to me. He recommended restaurants, good dishes, and good local wines. He booked a tour for me and generally was an all-around nice guy. The price was great!
Good location, Great room, Excellent Service, Fast Internet, and Good Breakfast.
The proximity to Termini Train Station was what spurred the choice made. Leonardo Express Train was timely and we lost no time in finding the hotel and heading towards Rome splendid centre. Breakfast was decent: breads, butter, ham, cheese, chocolate spread, different pastries, hard boiled egg, tea, coffee- even the regular expresso, and cappuccino, simple but tasty. Room was spotless, supple towels, pillows and mattresses. Best of all the A/C made up for the humid Mediterranean weather. Stone's throw to hop on hop off terminus... excellent diners for evining meals... Rome: Eternal
The sound of the hotel's extractors going on 24/7.
The staff are friendly and helpful. they have smile face and help me to book a shuttle bus to the airport( 40 Euro for 3 people, pick up at hotel, takes 30 minutes to FCO ). They even asked the breakfast lady to prepare a take away breakfast box for me to take it to catch the early morning bus to the airport. The hotel is only 10 minutes walk to the Termini train station. From there you can take train to every where. There is a lift in the hotel. The room is big for three people. The wi-fi works very fast ( they even have two log in routers to make more rooms). Aircondintion is cool. TV has English channels such like CNN,BBC,Europnews. The breakfast is good, tasted croissant and ham, cheese, eggs and wonderful espresso coffee. The next door is a wonderful and good quality Chinese restaurant , average 7 Euro per dish, nice noodle shop and spicy dishes. We have dinner there every night during our stay.
i stayed for three nights in july 2014. my room (single) was small but still ok in size and well furnished. the room and the bathroom were very clean. there was daily room cleaning and change of towles. wifi was working in the room also and free of charge (NEW!). breakfast was offered as a buffet which contained toast, cheese, salami, eggs as well as müsli, cereals and a variety of sweet pastries and cakes. eventhough my room was facing the street and was next to the elevator it was quiet enough. staff was very friendly and speaking english well.
