Flower Garden Hotel

A localização é boa, fica perto de 2 estações de metro. Ao contrário de alguns comentários, o pequeno-almoço é bastante razoável e nota-se preocupação dos funcionários em repor o que em falta. Em suma, para o valor pago o serviço é suficiente.

O quarto é extremamente pequeno, e muito quente. O wc é também pequeno. As fotos no site não estão de acordo com o real. A limpeza diária do quarto poderia ser melhor. Quando comparado com outros hotéis 3estrelas portugueses, este fica a perder consideravelmente.

Sossegado e adequado para quem passa o dia a conhecer a cidade e necessita de descansar

Colocar ar condicionado nos quartos o verão em Roma é muito quente e os quartos ficam muito abafados, a água do chuveiro devia ser mais facil de regular a temperatura

The only positive thing is the localization. Very close from the subway and from the city center.

The very poor breakfast and the noise made starting at 8am which didn't let us sleep on the last 2 days.

It was clean and was convenient for the Termini station (just five minutes walk) and the major sites (15-20 minutes walk). Transport connections were great.

It is not good for an authentic Italian experience. The hotel and most of its staff are Chinese! Those on reception did not speak much English and the facilities were very basic. The online description of a "lavish breakfast" were not accurate.

Small rooms it is not a luxury hotel but overall fair value for money. Location is excellent.

The room was lovely and the view of the canal was very nice. You are in a good location for everything.

The only bad thing about this hostel was the bed was a boxspring to sleep on and not a mattress at all. It was horrible.

The hotel was not so far from the station. Hotel staffs were friendly.

We didn't find the hotel and walked far down the street, but the hotel was close to the entrance of the street. Shower was a little bad. I booked triplet room, but third bed was a sofa.

Staff friendly room clean and very good location easy to walk to Trevi Fountain,Spanish Steps etc. would go back!

Easily located and friendly at all times with greetings and assistance.

Room was clean, staff pretty ok, price ok and verry good location for city trip.

breakfast preety poor, and they didn't accepted the diners credit card. For booking confirmation was ok, and they have contract with diners but the guy on the reception sad that he can not accept this card. I supose that diners calculate 5% for the amount and they prefere some other card, but that is not the way to do this. Petty!
