The location at the apex of the Stelvio Pass was just right for us.

Great view !!

Location is amazing right at the top of the Stelvio pass. We were touring on motorbikes and the hotel has a locked garage to store the bike overnight.

Room was cold overnight.

The staff were really kind and unbelievably helpful. We arrived after 21.00 but they still cooked us a meal. It was Sunday with everything shut and my car had problems. They could not do enough to help and even jacked up the car with blocks of wood for support. Without their help we were in great difficulty. Of course, the views and clean air are wonderful as was the sight of snow in August

The location at the top of the Stelvio Pass is magnificent. I was on a motorcycle tour of Europe and this road was a must do. Staying at the hotel enabled me to go up and down the pass more than once and enjoy rest at the end of the day. Lovely staff, good spoken English.

Prachtige ligging, boven op de pas (als het mooi weer is).

Erg oud en slecht onderhouden. Standaard menu tijdens de avond viel erg tegen (maar op de pas heb je verder ook nagenoeg geen andere keus. Dus moet je het accepteren. Alle hotels op de pas zijn wat ons betreft overigens even slecht.

Solamente la posizione . Scarsa la qualita' del cibo con assenza di piatti tipici.

Scomodita' dei letti e scarse dotazioni per la toelette.\

Abendessen - dazugewählt - war ordentlich-Servierpersonal freundlich

Frühstück war spärlich - Zimmer auf sehr altem Stand - von wegen "großes renoviertes Zimmer mit TV" der Preis von 90€ ist für diese Unterkunft und die Bezeichnung "Hotel" masslos überzogen

Das Hotel Folgore ist ein familiengeführtes Hotel ,der Standard ist einfach , die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet , sehr sauber.

Das Essen könnte besser sein , hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht , natürlich ist mir bewusst , dass man in 2800m Höhe kein Gourmetrestaurant erwarten kann, aber für den vorgesehene Preis war dem Essen nicht angemessen. Das Brot beim Frühstück war trocken , der Kuchen , da er schon aufgeschnitten war , hart . Das Abendessen bestand aus Torrellini in Butter ( 1. Gang), und Tomaten mit Mozzarrella ( 2. Gang) für 18.- €

Sauber, Chefin spricht deutsch. Einfaches, aber gutes Abendessen und Frühstück. Gemütlich-rustikales Foyer mit Kaminfeuer. Bad in meinem Zimmer war neu. Aussicht und Lage top.

Het is erg sober en kaal allemaaal

Ottimo hotel con personale gentile e disponibile, ottima la cucina, la pulizia e lo stato della camere e della struttura nel suo insieme. Sono stato magnificamente bene e se tornero` al Passo dello stelvio di sicuro alloggero` nuovamente al Folgore.

Skihütten-Athmosphäre auch im Sommer. Wenn's draußen gewittert, fühlt man sich geborgen.

...ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen.
