Not getting the room I booked 8 or 9 maths ago. I hate no coffee in rooms.

Location right next to Trevi fountain. Would stay here again

The windows were not soundproofed and it can be noisy. Luckily, I am a good sleeper. Also, the wifi doesn't work in the rooms. It seemed only to work on the breakfast terrace, which was fine

The location was perfect, couldn't be better.

The room, the matras was terrible and also the bathroom. If you wanted to use the toilet you need to leave your feet in the shower. The bathroom was about 1.5m2 and included: shower, toilet, bidet and a sink.

Very very small bedroom, bathroom, sleep two person in one small which adjacent to wall bed poor breakfast rude receptionist

The location was great which was the reason for choosing this hotel in the first place. Our bedroom window looked out directly on to the Trevi Fountain which made up for any other disappointments

Bathroom very small, poor shower. Furnishings very old and tatty, torn lampshades, peeling paint etc. Restaurant very small so people had to queue outside for a seat for breakfast

Perfect location for visiting the centre of Rome. Breakfast room on third floor is a dream.

Excellent location right in front of the trevi fountain.

The bathroom was very small and the toilet almost impossible to sit on - you had to do a limbo dance as it was positioned practically under the wash basin. In two other rooms I saw, this was also the case. The shower was tiny and water goes everywhere soaking the bathroom.

Drinks were very expensive in the bar, 20 euros for 2 proseco!! the shower flooded the whole bathroom.

Very friendly staff, couldn't do enough for us. Amazing location, great value for money, beautiful views, lively area and close to lots of great places and eateries. Would recommend to everyone, and would definitely return.

Nothing, all was great. If I had to pick one fault, there was no conditioner in the bathroom but wasn't really an issue.

Loved the location and its convenience to all of old Rome. - enjoyed being able to walk every where. - found the breakfast lady to be especially pleasant and accommodating. -Front lobby staff could have been friendlier. - the price was a steal compared to value received.

That we had only a few days there - will definitely return and will recommend your hotel to our friends.

The Fontana Hotel is lovely. We are from the USA and were looking for a typical quaint European hotel. The Fontana Hotel Rome was the perfect choice. The staff was so helpful and friendly (English speaking). The facilities were clean and comfortable. The hotel had a small elevator which was quite nice to have when you have luggage. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the Trevi Fountain because of availability (and without charge).

If you want the typical European hotel, this is it! I can't think of anything negative about this lovely place.

The place is amazing

The location of the Fontana Hotel in Rome couldn't have been more perfect. The view from our window was amazing. The Trevi Fountain was breath taking. The staff was helpful and respectiful. Everyone spoke English. The breakfast was outstanding with an extensive variety of offerings.

The only issue that I had was the bathroom. The tub that was in our room (108) narrowed from top to bottom. At the widest part, it was still very narrow. I used the shower hose, even then I could not move. I realize that it is indeed a beautiful old European Hotel, but an upgrade to the bathroom might make it even more perfect.

The location was amazing and the staff were very helpful. It was central to many sights which made sightseeing on foot very easy.

Our room was opposite the Trevi Fountain and could be noisy due to the crowds late into the night. After the first night we did get used to it and the view of the fountain was amazing.

Location. I chose this hotel because it is located in front of the Trevi Fountain. The hotel serves breakfast on the third floor, in a cozy breakfast room with a great view of the fountain.

The lobby and elevator are small.

Fontana Hotel Rome could not have been in a more perfect location. We absolutely loved our stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the view from the breakfast room was amazing, the breakfast was amazing. Spent 3 weeks in Italy and Fontana had the best breakfast of all. If you are after a quiet location probably not the place for you as Trevi fountain is always surronded by people but we loved this as people watching from our hotel window kept us entertained when we were in the room. Walking distance to all sights - loved it loved it loved it. Would definately stay there again. Nicola was our favourite - he went above and beyond to help us with anything we asked.

Location, Location, Location Clean rooms, cable TV, AC, great brekfast spread with a view to Fontana di Trevi.

The location is pedonale (no cars access it), noisy and REALLY crowded: if you get a front room that may be a real problem. Wi-fi was extra, and it didn't work perfectly, but otherwise great hotel.
