Very good location Very helpful and friendly staff
We were close to everything. The staff was excellent, they recommend were to go for dinner and made our reservations, also gave us walking directions on how to get there. When checking out it was a bit early in the morning and the gentleman was kind enough to make us a cup of coffee. Thank you!
There was a smell in the room we think from neighborhood homes. Once the window was open it was fine.
The best in this hotel is staff. Thank you to everyone.
People who work there are the most helpful. Location is good. Croissants at the breakfast was excellent.
Nice little hotel on the second floor of a historic building, within walking distance from most major attractions. Good and free wi-fi connection and TV with some international channels. Nice breakfast.
The single room was nice but the (comfortable) double bed took up almost all the space.
excellent location,cute clean rooms
extremely poor breakfast, mostly indifferent staff
the location is perfect and all the staff was helpful and welcoming. Lovely stay!
maybe breakfast could be more diverse. Fresh juice, fruit salads, real cheese would make a difference
Beautiful, clean and comfortable. Awesome breakfasts. Staff is very helpful. The owner Cinzia really personalized our visit by getting to know us. This place was a pleasure!
Can't think of one thing.
Excellent location and very helpful staff.
A little bit expensive
Great location, at the other end of the Via Condition from the Spanish Steps.
Difficult to find the hotel. To get to the third floor from the street level you have to get off at two and walk up. Small room. Breakfast buffet was inadequate.
Room facing the courtyard is quiet
Room facing the street was not quiet. The smallest shower stall on the planet. Lame breakfast (a variety of Kellogg's cereals---come on, we're in Italy!!!).
I was made to feel at home immediately as if I'd been there many times before. Cinzia, the owner, is the most beautiful, gracious host and couldn't possibly make you feel more like her family. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
There was nothing I did not like.
Great location and terrific staff - also delicious breakfast. Staff extremely helpful in organizing restaurant reservations, taxis, etc.
Location, staff, ambience
The location is great – within a short walk of all the historic sights.
Magnificent location and amazing service. I would recommend to anyone
The central location and excellent staff. Many sites were in walking distance.
Our air conditioner was broken and not able to be fixed until after we left.
location and staff
too much noise from neighboring rooms
The location could not be better. You are in the middle of everything cultural and one block from the best shopping street. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and everything was spotless in the room and the bathroom. The breakfast was very good.
Location was great, walking distance to many popular attractions. Staff was outstanding, extremely attentive and had good suggestions for us.
Helpful staff Excellent location
Noise from bar nearby Very a small room Hard pillows
The location is excellent!!
I would like fried eggs, but why quibble.
The location was perfectly central and we really liked staying in a hotel that is older than European settlement in our country (Australia). The staff on the front desk were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable and it was also a relief that they understood and spoke fluent English, as this has become a barrier in some of the other places we have visited. Can not fault them at all.
We were unaware of the canonisation as we made the booking months before this was planned. Because of this we ran into a couple of public holidays and buses stopping their service for 1 day. Unfortunately due to having a courtyard facing room, the front entry was very loud (clicking of the entry doors) and also either a repeat visiting or a kept bird from across the courtyard was very loud and woke us every morning.
Lovely hotel. Great location. Staff really helpful. Nice breakfast. Good wifi. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in rome.
I can't think of anything I didn't like
at the end the owner told me i had to pay a $10.00 euro in cash to her for city tax. could not put on my cc card
Location, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast.
