The hotel was centrally located in Todi, one of my favorite Umbrian medieval towns. The staff was extremely helpfuil and pleasant. The room was clean and nicely deocrated with a very good bathroom attached. The hotel also has an excellent restaurant. I strongly recommend this hotel. It's also a pretty good value for the money. The only thing I did not like, and it is minor, is that our room looked out onto a fire escape. But we could have requested a different view, but did not bother since our experience was so good otherwise.

The building, location and staff Value of the room for the money. While the building itself is beautiful the rooms seem more like glorified motel rooms than a 4 star hotel.

Pleasant staff, great location, beautiful hotel design, free wireless, good breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Didn't have wireless in the room, only had it in common areas.

Ease of checking in and out; courtesy and helpfulness of staff. The room we had overlooked a main gathering spot so was even noisier than expected. The hotel did not appear full; would have been nice to have a quieter room.

Bonne qualite des installations et bonne situation centrale. Le bruit!!! On nous a donne une chambre avec une belle vue, mais se situant au dessus de la place pietonne de la fontaine. Il y a un bar en dessous, et le bruit, malgre les fenetres fermees et volets fermes, etait incroyable, comme si les gens etaient dans notre chambre. A minuit, nous avons demande a changer de chambre; on nous a mis sur la rue. C'etait calme la nuit, mais nous avons eu droit au trafic des 7h du matin!!!
