The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also very good. The staff was very friendly and accommodative. The coffee was terrible. It came out of a vending machine...Really horrible. The B&B was billed as being within walking distance of Siena. This was also not correct. You needed a car to stay at the place. |

The breakfast was fabulous, there are lots of things to eat, including fresh fruit. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. The location is also good, just outside the Tulfi Gate, so if you are trying to locate it, just follow the signs Porta Tulfi which will bring you to the street of the hotel. It is just 5 minutes' drive away and easily acccessible into Siena, and you can have free parking just outside the gates. The full length window is also a sliding door, which one has to keep closed at night for security. Hence, it could get a bit stuffy. |

Everything was great. The proprietor was very kind and offered great advice on restaurants in Sienna town center. The hotel was very charming and the room was very large. My husband and I really enjoyed the experience. The breakfast selection was large. We were shortly inconvenienced when the hot water was broke when we awoke. The problem was fixed very quickly and after breakfast we were able to shower. This was not that big of a deal though. The proprietor was very apologetic and we understood - accidents happen. |

consistent help/personal attention offered by thoughtful staff throughout as well as comfort, lovely and generous breakfast, and clean, attractive, up to date accomodations in convenient location. all was very good. |

it is ok with parking and little garden, the room is clean. but it is too close to the traffic road and the rooms are very dark and no flair. |

Gabriella was very friendly and efficient. the breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. it is a bit close to the main roads which spoil the view a bit, but it is still quiet in the room. i think the price is a bit high, but sienna is an expensive place. |

We were given a warm welcome and lots of information on places to visit and the name of a fabulous restaurant. In a lovely, rural location but still easy to reach Siena by bus, the stop is a minute away and you reach Siena in 5 minutes. Our room was lovely and the gardens were very pretty. The road was a little noisy if you sleep with the window open so worth asking for a room away from the road. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very relaxed and cosy atmosphere. About 15-20 minutes to walk to city centre. Excellent parking right outside the hotel. No English channels on TV. Air conditioner filter could need some cleaning (dust). A bit difficult to find (small sign) |

Rural setting, but an under 1 mile pleasant (if you take the side road) walk from the city wall. Plenty of day/evening time buses for the lazy or american. nice garden if you don't want to go anywhere, good rooms for the even more static ! |

The Farmhouse B&B was a complete and pleasant surprise. This most Hospitable Family run concern centres on client satisfaction. The whole comlex is very clean & comfortable The continentel buffet Breakfast has a wide choice,fresh and always nicely presented. Access to Siena City centre ( local bus service ) and the surrounding area are excellant, car is essential. Would we return? Definitely YES. |

The b&b is a beautiful house which is tastefully decorated. Lovely grounds and situated within easy driving distance from the centre of Siena. Staff friendly and helpful. Peaceful location. It would be very useful to have a local map provided as the b&b was difficult to find. Eg on approaching Siena centre take the Tufi direction etc. We drove around for some time trying to find it!! Mini bar expensive! |

The proprietor and staff are very welcoming and even more so on a return visit. They are also very good-humoured and efficient and will take time to answer any questions.The breakfast is very good with an excellent food choice and it is delightful to sit in the garden. The room and public areas are always thoroughly cleaned. Sound-proofing in the house is also excellent. The atmosphere is always very relaxed. Finally the location is excellent to access Siena and the surrounding countryside. (We used the frequent local bus to reach Siena as the distance is a bit too far and uphill for a person in their 60s to walk!) |

It was like staying at a farmhouse in Tuscany but with all the hotel comforts. Nice, clean, friendly and comfortable. Good value too. We drove by car and found It very difficult to find even with printed directions. We still marvel at how we finally got there! |

The quality of the finishings, decor and furnishings. Ease of access to Siena but in the country. Ease of access from main routes to and from Siena. Services such as safe and mini bar more usually found in quality hotel. Friendly and helpful service. ***** stars all round. |

We choose the B&B for a change from the city hotels and because we liked the idea of staying in the country. The view was beautiful and the garden area really relaxing. The staff were really friendly and helpful. |
