Het ontbijt was heerlijk, met 4 soorten taart erbij.

Dat het zo dicht bij de drukke weg zat was jammer, omdat we hierlangs steeds naar de bus moesten lopen en het verkeer rijdt erg hard voorbij. Maar je hebt geen overlast 's,nachts gelukkig.

We hebben ontzettend genoten! We werden erg gastvrij en enthousiast ontvangen, de kamers waren zeer schoon en het ontbijt was heerlijk. Dit was Toscane ten voeten uit. Een absolute aanrader!

Vriendelijk personeel en een goed ontbijt, het prachtige stadscentrum is makkelijk te bereiken met de bus.

The inn itself was lovely. The rooms were clean and large. The ladies who seem to actually do the work at the inn are sweet and hospitable.

1Out of three workerss was inhospitable. The other two nearly made up for it. But our trip with 16 people was soured by the firsts bad attitude and laziness. For instance, one of our older children accidentally locked the only given key in the room. He realized upon return from dinner and we had to ring for help. We were greeted with disdain, rude remarks and threats that she would not help us again!! Also, our friends paid for a triple room and upon arriving it was made up as a double. She basically told them that they should make due with what was there, as this "is not a hotel". ... Despite the fact that it really was only a matter of making up the pull out! She was too lazy to fix the problem. Our friends live in Italy, Switzerland and France while we travelled from the us to meet them. We are a good natured group, well traveled and our friends are fluent in Italian. I was embarrassed to have been the one who chose this b & b although in the end the good company made up for it!

The location is on the road but the hotel is in the green garden and you can forget about the road. The location itself is great, 5 minutes by car to the Siena's big covered parking place in the old city (not crossing ztl). It also very simple to use the local bus to the city center, the reception can give you a printed bus schedule. Nice breakfast, nice and clean rooms. We liked the hotel very much, home atmosphere.

The walls of the room are rather thin so you can hear the neighbours, We lived on the ground floor near the breakfast room and at 8 am could hear every word from the breakfast room. For those who like to sleep more - choose another room on the 2nd floor.

Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Good location, just 3 km from Porta Tufi and in a very beautiful area. Next to the b&b there is a bus stop that takes to the city centers in few minutes.

The rooms were neat, very clean and quite comfortable. The .5m thick walls made it completely quiet, despite its proximity to major roads. Though close enough to the town center to walk, there's a convenient bus (service ends at 8pm!). The garden was a lovely place to grab a quick breakfast before heading into town. The staff is extremely helpful and always available for questions and assistance.

The staff was very friendly, the b&b is very confortable.

The owners were very helpful, they could not do enough for us. The breakfast was magnificent. Very clean, a little hard to find but well worth the effort . I would stay there again in a heart beat.

The nicest place, the nicest owners, wonderful breakfast in the beautiful garden. I shall return, great value for money! The sisters are unbelievably pleasant and helpful. Great place!
