B&B Fonte Dei Tufi

O hotel é novo, acolhedor, confortável e muito bem decorado. Os funcionários são muito gentis e prestativos. O café da manhã é excelente.

É relativamente distante do centro para ir a pé, mas se estiver de carro se hospedar neste hotel é uma ótima opção.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also very good. The staff was very friendly and accommodative.

The coffee was terrible. It came out of a vending machine...Really horrible. The B&B was billed as being within walking distance of Siena. This was also not correct. You needed a car to stay at the place.

Friendliness of staff, quietness of the room (this and the large bed was a guarantee for sleeping well)

Everything was great. The proprietor was very kind and offered great advice on restaurants in Sienna town center. The hotel was very charming and the room was very large. My husband and I really enjoyed the experience. The breakfast selection was large.

We were shortly inconvenienced when the hot water was broke when we awoke. The problem was fixed very quickly and after breakfast we were able to shower. This was not that big of a deal though. The proprietor was very apologetic and we understood - accidents happen.

We were given a warm welcome and lots of information on places to visit and the name of a fabulous restaurant. In a lovely, rural location but still easy to reach Siena by bus, the stop is a minute away and you reach Siena in 5 minutes. Our room was lovely and the gardens were very pretty.

The road was a little noisy if you sleep with the window open so worth asking for a room away from the road.

Rural setting, but an under 1 mile pleasant (if you take the side road) walk from the city wall. Plenty of day/evening time buses for the lazy or american. nice garden if you don't want to go anywhere, good rooms for the even more static !

The b&b is a beautiful house which is tastefully decorated. Lovely grounds and situated within easy driving distance from the centre of Siena. Staff friendly and helpful. Peaceful location.

It would be very useful to have a local map provided as the b&b was difficult to find. Eg on approaching Siena centre take the Tufi direction etc. We drove around for some time trying to find it!! Mini bar expensive!

The proprietor and staff are very welcoming and even more so on a return visit. They are also very good-humoured and efficient and will take time to answer any questions.The breakfast is very good with an excellent food choice and it is delightful to sit in the garden. The room and public areas are always thoroughly cleaned. Sound-proofing in the house is also excellent. The atmosphere is always very relaxed. Finally the location is excellent to access Siena and the surrounding countryside. (We used the frequent local bus to reach Siena as the distance is a bit too far and uphill for a person in their 60s to walk!)

The staff are welcoming and hospitable. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable and situated with beautiful views of Tuscany. Sitting in the garden is calming.

We choose the B&B for a change from the city hotels and because we liked the idea of staying in the country. The view was beautiful and the garden area really relaxing. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
