Convenience of location near to main abbey and walking distance to most sights. Dining areas very pleaseant. Room was smaller than I expected and getting to the hotel with the car was a bit of a challenge. |

Staffs speaks english very well. It stands central of Assisi. It's very small town, so you can reach to all famouse sightseeing spot on foot from this hotel. The room is also very clean and I could enjoy the scenery from window. It was great. Price was also reasonable. But if you expect something very luxury hotel, you cannot be satisfied with it. It's a little bit difficult to find some bad point of this hotel. However I was a little disappointed with the breakfast. I hope they would have serve more kinds of hoods. |

Comfortable, welcoming. Like most of Assisi, on a steep hill - lovely view from the lounge and the bedrooms facing the valley (extra charge). Five minutes from the Piazza del'Unita bus stop from the station, and about 6-8 to the St Francis Basilica.Has one of best restaurants in the town, open air in Spring/Summer. |

Quiet location yet close to main town centre. Only a few parking spaces available for customers but we did have one and it was really handy. A lovely hotel to stay. |

Good sized rooms with safe deposit boxes. Excellent restaurant. Best value among the four hotels we slept in during our Tuscan/Umbrian 10 days. |

We enjoyed the location near monuments and the moderness of the rooms. The rooms were well equipped with all standard neccessaties. Internet was also available at charge. The evening staff was not as helpful as expected. They insisted that we should park our car in the public parking (11 Euro a day) vice the parking available to Hotel guests. However, after showing in the reservation that free parking was listed, we were able to park there. Free internet would have been appreciated. |

Friendly and helpful staff especially Martin at the Front desk.Nice cosy hotel.Well kept,clean rooms,five star toilet,good spread at breakfast.Parking at door step was very helpful. |

The location is excellent and the room size was great. the bathroom was a little dirty and they had a large group in so when we went to breakfast the tables had not been cleared so had to use a dirty table and nothing had been restocked and no one was there to help so we had a very bad breakfast. |

The view from the room was magnificent and there was free parking opposite. Good central location and spotlessly clean. Lift available. Staff were polite and friendly. Not really a problem but the restaurant was down several flights of stairs and in a separate building over a small alleyway. (Breakfast was in the main hotel building) |

Very good facilities and the best if you are driving it has a parking rigth in front of the Hotel. Satff very good and the restaurant food and service is superv. they provided a 10% discount to Hotel guests. |
