We were very happy with our stay at this cozy place. Francesco is both friendly and helpful. He can give you good advice about what to see and do in Siena. I advice you to ask him where to have dinner!

Owner / staff was friendly and accommodating. He lives off-site so be certain to notify him of your arrival time. The accommodations are basic and budget oriented. The room was sparse of decorations; but clean, neat and livable. It is an easy 20 minute walk downhill from the central train station with luggage. Plan for the uphill return trip if you don't take luggage. And it is within easy walk of the old city. We concluded that this is an excellent value for money and will likely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at Fonti di Pescaia. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. Free parking was also a plus. The place is a 10 min walk from the city center, so it was a perfect location. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

Our stay included a private bathroom but it was separate from the room (it was next door). We were expecting an en-suite bathroom. Still, we were the only ones using it, maybe because there was no one else staying in the other rooms?

Given the price and the location, this was a very pleasant stay!!! Room was clean and big, and very quiet at night. Also, the owner is very friendly and helpful... and this place is only 10 minute walk to the train station and 10 minute walk to the city centre, i.e. it's perfectly located for those who do not have a car!! highly recommend it.

This hotel was within walking distance from the city center and had free parking. The room has everything you need for a very short trip. The shower was good.

The room wasn't very cozy. The decoration is very minimal and if it had a few more touches it would really benefit the experience in this hotel. For example, if it had mats on the floor next to the bed, more modern furniture, breakfast... For a short trip, though, is fine and not very expensive.

Location. Siena is a compact but complex city, so it's very hard to find the hostel located outside the city centre.we had to take a taxi.

Décoration très agréable, très propre, accueil agréable et souriant malgré l'absence de permanence (il suffit de s'organiser pour appeler dans les plages horaires). On a l'impression d'être loin à pied du centre mais gràce au chemin indiqué par nos hôtes, c'est très rapide de s'y rendre.

La salle de bain de la chambre du rez de chaussé n'est séparée du bureau que par une porte de communication fermée (condamnée), par conséquent, on entend le moindre bruit d'un côté et de l'autre. L'accès en voiture au jardin est un peu difficile. Heureusement que c'est mon mari qui s'y est collé, je n'aurais pas osé.

Le confort de la chambre

L'absence de personnel… il n'y a personne qui dorme dans la maison et à 10h, le propriétaire n'était pas là pour récupérer les clés. La maison se trouve près d'une route extrêmement bruyante, impossible de rester dehors dans le jardin. Pas de petit déjeuner.

Potenzialmente ha delle caratterisitche che potrebbero innalzare il livello della struttura. Bisognera' creare uno spazio dedicato alle colazioni e rimodernare un po' tutto il contesto.

Prezzo. Un po' troppo alto rispetto ai servizi offerti.

Excellent accueil. Maison de caractère, confortable, très bien située par rapport au centre de Sienne. Jardin très agréable. Excellent conseil de Francesco quant à la trattoria "Fonte giusta" , via Camollia, très proche, et du "Petit café " pour le petit déjeuner. Excellent rapport qualité-prix.

白天房子两边都是公路 很吵 晚上还好。另外 老板一般都不在，我们早上8点就被想来住宿的人 按门铃吵醒了，这个门铃 是全楼都能听见的。。。哎
