I stayed here now the second time and I think, when I'm travelling to Venice next time, I will stay again here (if there is a free room for us).

Strategically located in an excellent position (quiet and at 10 min from both Piazzale Roma and Piazza s Marco), the hotel is clean , reasonably confortable and has all basic services (including good wi fi signal in the rooms). The staff is friendly enough and discrete and breakfast (Italian style) is fine

The quality/price is low, but probably in line with the city's average.

The room was comfortable and clean, the bathroom was very modern, clean, and everything worked fine. The breakfast was good, but nothing extraordinary. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and spoke pretty good English. Excellent location, very close to the vaporetto station and within reasonable walking distance to San Marco and Rialto.

1) The hotel is not easy to find. They should put a sign on the street or maybe give some instructions via e-mail or on the booking confirmation. Some hints for getting there: once you cross the Accademia bridge, in the direction of San Marco, there is a small bridge on your left, where you find a passageway that leads to the hotel entrance. If you get lost, follow the house numbers around the area in order to narrow down the search. 2) Wi-fi was unbelievably slow.

Its location is good though.. but its in a small street..but it is completely a value for money.. because the room is good and u dont get such rooms in such prices..

Very nice cozy place, located very conveniently by the Academia bridge. The room was quite warm which is was very nice in February.

The hotel is great, quite, the double room we got is clean, big and nice. Much better than I expected. Definitely value for the money

The internet is unbelievably slow! You can't get the wifi if you stay on the 2nd or 3rd floor, has to go to lobby for internet. And it is too slow.

Cheap. Good location. Booked double room but received room with double and single bed which had stairs up to second level. Very spacious. Wifi worked.

Breakfast room was very compact with a poor selection of continental breakfast. Upper level of room was very hot and was difficult to sleep. Was difficult to find. Website should provide better directions.

Simple but nice hotel right next to the bridge of academia. They offer a small breakfast which is sufficient for an early start. The reception desk is manned 24h. We will definitely book it again for the next venice trip. Compared to venice-prices it's a quite a good value-for-money deal.

The room was very nice, comfortable, and had lots of space. It was in a good location, just a short walk to the Duomo and the Uffizi and the David. There was one woman that was rude to us during breakfast, but other than her, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. We stayed for two nights and had a car for hire, which they allowed us to keep parked in their own private parking lot (on site) for the day after we had checked out. And it was a good price for the area!

The staff were wonderful, booked us a water taxi for 5:30, called us at 5am to wake us up. The original pick up area had changed and the very helpful night porter took us to the new spot and helped us on to the boat. They had free internet which was fair. The room was big, loft style with main bed upstairs. Tv and phone available. Bathroom was big, shower not the best but manageable. Excellent location, right near the Accademia Bridge, easy enough to walk with our luggage. Breakfast was ok, cereal, croissants and juice/coffee/tea. Will stay again on our next visit.
