The hotel was conveniently situated to access the vaporetta, eating places and tourist attractions. The beds were not very comfortable. |

not far from vaporetto stop not very pleasant smell from WC, old and partly breaked furniture, cheap room interior as in cheap hostel, not hotel. you can find better for same or lesser money easily in Venice. and they don't have double beds, only twin rooms. |

Great location, very clean, spacious rooms. Ask the hotel to send you the indications of how to get there before you go, we found it very easy to find following the directions. |

Bed had bed bugs....... Half way through the night my wife and I woke up with little bites all over our bodies, and ended up sleeping on the floor. Also the breakfast was horrible, they had stale pastries. |

Excellent central location, although not so easy to find at night. Staff were friendly and helpful. A good no nonsense budget hotel. Would use it again. We stayed in a three bed room with two beds on a mezzanine level within the tall room. This upper level was very stuffy and airless, which do not make for a comfortable stay. |

Very good location. Clean but basic accomodation. Friendly helpful staff.. Our stay was in very hot weather and we only had a small portable fan, had to leave windows open and got badly bitten by mosquitoes. |
