Location, staff, simple but adequate breakfast, lay-out of room. Everything was really great, except....

the shower was configured so strangely and the hot water waned. Otherwise, great!

The reason I chose this hotel was the fabulous location - when in Rome,I spend most of my time at the ancient monuments, and this place is right at the bottom of the via Cavour, literally a minute or two from the Roman and Imperial Fora. I had a deluxe room and it was lovely - faciltities were good, nice shower, tv, safe, fridge - all you would need. Everything was clean and though the style of decor would, for some, probably be a little out of date, I thought it was quite charming. Note though- those expecting a 'Holiday Inn' style hotel, somewhere with many rooms and a permanent, well-equipped lobby and bar area and restaurant etc, will be surprised. Like many hotels in Rome, this is actually basically a small recpetion area with a coridoor of rooms for guests. You open out onto the via Cavour, and many of the hotels there have the same layout. You need to be happy climbing stairs, and like the idea of getting a key to the front door to come and go as you please. For me, that's ideal. For some, they may prefer the standardised chain hotel approach.

I would have liked breakfast to be available a bit earlier, maybe from 7. I am not one to sit and eat a long breakfast when travelling, but being able to grab something to take out as I left each morning, without having to wait until 8 or else go find my own, would have been nice.

No ice machine as stated. Room very small No tea & coffee making facilities. Staff couldn't speak English.

Location, Value, good room.

Staff not able to speak english but we managed. When made booking stated we wanted 2 twin beds but given a double and no twin bedded rooms available.

Great location, amazing staff. The breakfast was small but filling and the guy who runs the desk is amazing. Stay here, you won't regret it! The walk to the Coliseum is less than 3 minutes and 2 minutes to the Forum. You are on the side of the city but buses and subway is only a minute away.

Only problem was the beds were a little hard, but no big deal really!

Excellent location, friendly staff. Wifi was working almost all the time. It was more than I expected.

It was said that the breakfast is beginning from 7am, but 7.20 was still the door locked. Until 7.30 did not get any food. If you need to get somewhere by 8 o'clock then the situation is a cause for anger.

Employees very kind. Helped us everytime they could. Very good location. Big room.

Little bit noisy at nights due to traffic. Very basic breakfast. Third floor without elevator. Our room smelled a little bit strange, like dust or like if it used to be, time ago, a smokers room (nothing really intolerable)

I like only the location. It is about 5-8 min walking from coliseum..

I do not like many things: 1) The Hotel Hall is located on the second floor and the elevator is not working. So me and my wife were with big bag and it was very uncomfortable to take the bag on the stairs. 2) on the reception there is the staff only from 14:00-22:00, so we came at hotel at 11:00am and there were no stuff in hotel who can speak english. 3) when the guy came who works in reception we told him to show our room and he answered that we cannot see our room... so i told him to call to the manager or owner and teh owner was very aggressive woman (in telephone) and she spoke to me without any respect. 4) And the main: I booked the hotel because of the free winternet wifi connection, but when i asked about internet the stuff told me that they have the trouble and they do not have internet connection... I tld him that I booked this hotel because of the internet and they answered me that they couldnot do nothing and if I want I can ask about it Booking.com I DO NOT Recommend this hotel for NOONE. you'd better find another hotel and add 20more euros if you do not want to threw your money away... Once again!!! - DO NOT Recommend the hotel for NO ONE!!!

The hotel was well place to visit historic rome

We were surprised to find its location on a busy street which wasnt suggested by the website and the lift wasnt working

Great location near Colosseum, covenient services and places to eat nearby, Metro stations just down the road. Highly recommended.

Stairs to hotel, but hotel staff was willing and eager to help take up bags.

Very friendly staff, perfect location, rooms were perfectly clean. Would recommend this hotel.

расположение - из аэропорта приезжаешь на термини, оттуда одна остановка на метро, от метро пешочком минут пять; колизей в двух шагах, всё рядом.

комната небольшая в бордовых тонах, впрочем, такой цвет наверно отражает дух рима; как использовать лифт так и не разобрались, ходили пешком; по утрам шумно - улицы убирают.

Parfaite situation au bord du colysee etc... Prix abordable, propre et plutot calme.

L'hotel n'a pas "pignon sur rue"... C'est un appartement à l'étage d'un immeuble. Un peu perturbant mais correct. Petit déjeuner trop standard et sans intéret.

Staff non all'altezza di un 3 stelle. Domenica mattina hanno bussato ben 2 volte in camera, disturbando alle 09:30, per sapere prima se andavamo a far colazione (IMBARAZZANTE!!) e poi per buttarci fuori camera alle 10 e mezza, nonostante l'orario di check-out entro le 12:00. Sono a Roma molto spesso per lavoro, a volte per piacere, e sconsiglio assolutamente l'hotel a tutti i viaggiatori.

Internet op de kamer niet geschikt voor apple devices.

Närheten till sevärdheter och mysiga restauranger på smågatorna, nära Metron och tågstationen, man hörde inte trafiken när man stängde fönstret. Trevlig personal, snyggt och rent. Eftersom vi lämnade hotellet före frukost sista dagen fick vi ett frukostpaket sista kvällen som vi förvarade i kylskåpet på rummet.

Man fick inte använda hissen. Vi bodde på tredje våningen. Frukosten var exakt lika varje dag. Mer påläggsvariation önskvärt.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel welke ook nog tips gaven voor een bezoek in de nabije omgeving van het mooie Rome, zoals een gebied waar je in de avonduren beter niet kunt vertoeven omdat het daar niet veilig is (omgeving station)

Ontvangst Wifi was op de hotelkamer zwak. Warm en koud water douche moeilijk te regelen omdat er geen thermostaatkranen aanwezig waren.

Nefunkčná sprcha - tlak vody v sprche bol malý a nedostatočný vzhľadom k veľkosti sprchovej hlavice. Voda de facto zo sprchy kvapkala a nebolo možné normálne sa osprchovať a nie to už zmyť vlasy. Tento problém bol riešený zo zamestnancami hotela (upratovačka, pravdepodobne údržbár a samozrejme recepcia), po viacerých urgenciách však nebol vyriešený. S hotelom budem riešiť finančnú kompenzáciu.
