Hotel Fortuna  

Me gusto el jardien si puede descansar y tomar algo.

El desayuno muy poquito casi no hay nada para desayuno,el asensor muy pequina .la atencion no me gusto para nada cuando llegamos el primer dia al hotel no abia toallas en el bano ni jabon para labarce las manos y las ventas de las abitacion no se puede abril ase mucho calor no se puede dormir bien.

The room was big and very comfortable. The hotel is near the Gardaland and also near the Garda Sea.

They have not good bread for breakfast.

Nothing positive to say about The Hotel Fortuna.

I didnt like anything about the hotel. We were supposed to stay 8 nights. But we only stayed 1 and then checked out. The Hotel advertises itself as 4*. Absolute Joke. - 2 star at best. Dont know how the rating system works in Italy. But after our experience at The Fortuna, will be more careful next time.

Loved the hotel and pool was lovely. The location is excellent for walking into the heart of Peschiera for restaurants and shops. Free buses to Gardaland Theme Park and Movieworld are just around the corner at the station and run every half hour (except between 1pm and 4pm). The station is great for reaching Verona (15 mins away and cost 20 euros return for 4) and for Venice about 2 hours away.

Location was good, only a few blocks from the train station, and a 5 minute walk to the center of Peschiera.

Furniture was outdated and looked dirty. Entire hotel had a bad musty smell. Air conditioner in room did not work. Beds were uncomfortable.

Location only. Fire extinguishers were all not serviced (last serviced 2009). Antosceptic smell can be smelt all around

Das Hotel ist ok. Ich frage mich allerdings, wie die zu 4 Sternen gekommen sind. Frühstück eher bescheiden (war allerdings der letzte Tag vor der Winterpause).

stark renovierungsbedürftig auf der einen Seite des Hotels stark befahrene Straße auf der anderen Bahngleise, sowie Bauarbeiten auf dem Nachbargrundstück, Hotel wirkte insgesamt relativ ungepflegt. Mitarbeiter waren nicht sehr freundlich, es gab bei der Ankunft an der Rezeption keine Informationen zum Hotel, z.B. wo und wann gibt es Frühstück, zum Swimmingpool und auf dem Zimmer auch keine Infomappe. Personal war beim Frühstück unaufmerksam - abräumen und spülen ging schnell - das Nachfüllen der Speisen hat nicht so gut geklappt, oft war etwas leer und wir mussten darauf hinweisen. Die warmen Speisen standen oft schon lange und waren fast kalt.

Der neue Pool und die schöne Liegewiese. Auch die Zimmer waren geräumig, stets sauber und der Weg ins Zentrum von Peschiera war ohne Problem zu bewältigen.

Die zwei Eigentümerinnen (Mutter und Tochter) an der Rezeption würde ich als primär unfreundlich bezeichnen. Kein Lächeln, meist unverbindlich und nur auf Profit aus (keine eigenen Getränke an den Pool mitnehmen und in der Minibar nur zwei kleine Mineralwasser - die auch noch bezahlt werden mussten). Leider überrtägt sich dieses Verhalten auch auf das übrige Personal. Wir waren froh, dass wir nur zum Übernachten und Frühstücken dort waren.

Scarsa manutenzione della struttura

Das Hotel liegt in einer guten Ausgangsposition. Man kann die Innenstadt und den Strand in wenigen Geh-Minuten erreichen. Das gleiche gilt für die Erreichbarkeit des Bahnhofs.
