poor replenishment - dirty glasses left in bathroom. No replacement soap in 4 nights. Patronizing service except for two individuals. Would definitely not recommend your hotel. Rude Roma would sum it up.

Beds are good but mattress was a bit hard.

The bathroom was great. Hot water, big, good water pressure. Nice lobby. GREAT desk staff...such nice men. Nice hotel, excellent location.

We specifically asked the desk staff if there was a dress code for the restaurant. The desk staff was SUPERB. It was a stormy night in Rome the night we were there. We spent Monday, October 15th at the hotel. We were in daytime clothes, covered, though not "dressed up". When we went up to the restaurant, the "waiter" looked us up and down disapprovingly & sat us. We were honest: we told him that we were only there for dessert. We planned on buying two drinks, a bottle of frizzante water and two desserts to share. We planned on spending about 100Euros. He told us that "oh no" we couldn't just order dessert, they didnt' have that there, we'd have to go down to the bar. We were insulted and didn't believe him AT ALL but left the restaurant. The desserts were on display: why in the world can you not just order dessert? This insulted our intelligence. And, because of the storm WAS EMPTY. We went down to the bar...really just wanting a couple of drinks and 2 desserts...."oh the desserts are upstairs at the restaurant". Bottom line: because of the waiter or restaurant manager putting on airs, we didn't spend the 100Euros we planned on spending and although we had spent fair market rate of the hotel price (room 315) we didn't get to enjoy anything about the hotel, except our room.

Wi-Fi in the room did not work. The staff promised to fix it, but they didn't. In my family we had one with ciliac disease, this was notified when we ordered the room. The food that they could offer for him was not satisfying.

Location is amazing. The roof is very nice too. The staff are good mannered and reasonable. (they took off 40 Euros off my bill because the wifi was crap)

A bit old, wood makes sounds when you take the stairs.. Also the Wi-Fi is, unfortunately, very weak, except in the lobby. breakfast is less than average in terms of choices unfortunately because the view is amazing from the roof. And the safe box is not easy to understand (old model).

Position excellent for Colesseum, Forum, Metro etc. Fab rooftop bar and restaurant with views of Colesseum. Quiet even given position. Rooms clean, good connected family room...basically 2 rooms, separate with one entrance. Great breakfast, great cakes.

Some breakfast staff could be friendlier. Restaurant was expensive.

Location!!! Air conditioning in reception. Roof top bar . Restaurant superb with fantastic views of Rome , but felt prices were too high? Concierge staff very friendly

Reception staff were efficient but not welcoming at all ! Our room was ok , air con was not working in room 125 main bedroom - very disappointing and uncomfortable as Rome was 36' in temperature . Room looked very tired . I would only recommend this hotel to other travellers because of its superb location/ bar and restaurant

Great location - very central and easy to get to the sights, adjoining rooms with shared bathroom was great for us and our son, wonderful view of Forum and Colisseum from breakfast terrace.

Not very healthy breakfast - lots of cakes and pastries but no fresh fruit. Bought some from supermarket to add to what was provided

цена и все остальное неадекватное. Есть ресторан на крыше почти с 1 звездочными мишленовскими ценами судя по меню, там не были, т.к. если он соответствует уровню отеля... 2 звезды отеля из четырех, видимо были лишние в наборе.

De ligging en het comfort.

Het is een hotel dat veel teduur is voor een gezin. Euro 12,- voor een matig glas wijn! Ontbijt is inklusief, mag ook wel voor een hotelkamer van Euro 187,- per nacht, maar je moet wel vijf euro bijbetalen voor een gebakken eitje. Twintig soorten broodgebak is niet een ideaal ontbijt.

Lokacija na kojoj se nalazi hotel,je odlicna.Osoblje je prijatno,cistoca je OK,naravno I sve u svemu je ok.

Nije mi se svidelo,sto slika sobe za koju smo napravili rezervaciju,nije bila ista.Jedno se pokazuje a drugo se daje.Hotel je malo star.Trebao bi ,da se malo renovira,naravno ne sve.Na pr. Kupatilo je staro.

La stanza era stata precedentemente occupata da maleducati che hanno fumato in camera lasciando un odore sgradevole.la proprietà dovrebbe attivarsi perchè cio'non avvenga

Приветливый персонал - встречают как старого друга и провожая машут ручкой! И конечно дислокация - центральнее не бывает - 3 минуты до Колизея и 5 минут до Виа Дель Корсо. Номера не большие, но обставлены со вкусом старинной мебелью и поэтому чувствуешь себя в настоящей аристократической Европе а не в стерильной скучной Германии.

Завтрак на русский желудок скудноват - свежие булочки, круассаны, сок, кофе, масло - ну вот, вообщем то и всё. Хочешь амлет с беконом, раскошеливайся на 12 евро.
