It was in a reasonably good location within easy reach of the station and at least 3 of the features of Rome that we had wanted to see. |

When we eventually found it (only due to my husbands map reading that we couldn't) it was perfectly located close to the Termini and Cavour metro (walking distance). The staff were helpful and friendly and the Hotel was near to the monuments and sights. We done alot of walking but only because we could see many sights through walking we didnt have to use public transport to visit some sights. only that I wouldn't class it as a Hotel, more of a B & B. No tea/coffee making facilities, bath or plasma as stated in the description. |

Nicely furbished, excellently located, very kind staff. Good bathroom with shower, noise-isolated windows. I especially enjoyed having breakfast in my room and the old wooden beams in the ceiling.Metro is just 100m from the hotel. I would definitely come back to this hotel again. |

The hotel doesn't look like so good from outside. Looks like very old. But you stay inside, so this is not a big problem. Also the breakfast had to be better. |

It was close to the Termini. I did not like that I had to leave my key in the front desk when leaving the room, or that after doing the reservation with my credit card, while checking out, the lady in the front desk insisted that I pay cash. And after letting me pay with my original method of payment, she said she couldn't split the payment in 2. (I was traveling with a friend and we split everything 50/50). Some of the staff was nice, but others were not very helpful. The rooms are tiny and very uncomfortable. And for what I paid I was expecting so much better. At least the breakfast was nice. |

this hotel was fantastic, the location to the coloseum was 10 mins away, the staff was great and the AC was excellent, flat screen TV was a bonus i will definately stay here again when i am in Rome, i give this hotel a 10 out of 10, also the lovely lady at the desk upon departure gave me a bag of delicious lollies as i mentioned i liked the ones they had on the tables for guests |

We were very pleased with our accommodation- staff were excellent and the room and bathroom were very good with lots of thick white towels and crisp cotton sheets. Breakfast was served in rooms but was delivered promptly and far exceeded expectations. We had a great visit- thank you very much! |

The location,within walking distance to the train and bus station and to the Coliseum and ancient Roman ruins.We also liked the fact that they bring breakfast to your room in the morning and you can pick what you want from a list they give you and also what time you want it delivered to your room . |

We were warmly welcomed and given information of where to go in Rome. The hotel delivered our breakfast earlier than they usually do becasue we had an early transportation pickup. The rooms are newly remodeled and have all of the conveniences including a safe. |

The staff were fantastic. Extremely friendly, eager to make your stay enjoyable, going the extra mile. Breakfast was included in the hotel room price but it was a basic breakfast. If you wanted anything 'extra' like hot chocolate, bacon, eggs then this was not included as part of the package and you had to pay their standard rates. The desk is manned 24/7 but you had to ring the bell to be let in. There was no keycard door entry. |

the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom while small was very clean and the shower was lovely. the airconditioning was great because the weather was very hot. i did not like the fact that you had to eat your breakfast in the room. the food was poor. also the bedroom was in the reception area which wasnt ideal. |

excellent equipment and service, bathtub with a jacuzzi, clean room, taking breakfast to room (no restaurant). so reasonable. a staff cannot speak english well, but sincere attitude. |

excellent location, very clean, recently refurnished, kind staff, good breakfast and not noisy, but ask for a room far from the reception room very small and dark: it's ok if you, like us, only need a place where to sleep |

Great Location, nice staff, clean room, god bed, Air Conditioning, very good price/quality A bit noisy (not from the street thanks to good windows isolation, but you can hear the reception activity in some rooms) |

Very central and near metro. Staff very friendly and helpful cooked breakfast €6, 1 egg and 2 tiny pieces of bacon,not worth it. No common areas. Had to eat in bedroom. |

The first room they gave us was so small that we couldn't even find room to put our bags. They were nice enough to change us to a larger room though. The location was good. |

Friendly staff, good location, not as noisy as expected. Had to change the room for the last night, because hotel made a booking mistake. Staff was overstrained with delivering the breakfast at the right time and with the ordered properties. |

the location is perfect, the staff was very helpfull, very very clean, next door to supermarket and restaurants, the main buss station and metro. we enjoied the stay there very much. breakfast was small: on drink to each person, jam, butter, 2 coresaunts, not much! |
