Good value for the money. Good breakfast. The staff is really friendly.

It is very close to the airports

No signs from exit 26 on E45-A1. We had late arrival and it was very hard to locate the hotel.

Very very friendly and patient staff.

Spa area extra charge, internet extra charge, breakfast extra charge... If you take it all you end up paying way over €100 for an ok hotel far far away from the city center.

Seperate computer in lobby in english. Had a hard time changeing settings to english that will stay.

Didn't like that I had to venture down from my room to iron my clthes in a designated room in the lobby. No safe in room for valubles.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good although a bit expensive. Spa facilities are unexpectedly good for a conference centre.

No safe in the room (154). Minibar only had 1 small bottle of mineral water. No tea/coffee making possibility in the room No extra blanket or pillow. I may have been unlucky with this room because another one I saw later had most of these (apart from kettle and cups).

An amazing breakfast

We had a problem with our reservation (the description of the room we had booked was not correct) and the staff spent more than 40min resolving the issue and initially plamed us for the mistake even though the error was clearly visible both in the reservation and on the internet). At the end they gave us a "superior" room with the same price but without internet connection (first they asked us to pay 10e extra for the upgrade and basically all you get is wlan connection at the room, otherwise the room is the same). The bed was very uncomfortable and there was no safe in the room. The 40 minutes of delay caused huge inconvenience to us and at the end the hotel did nothing to compensate their mistake. They have a small "spa", but you can use only the swimming pool for free - everything else is with extra (high) cost.

The room was comfortable and quiet the staff at the front desk EXCELLENT !

Location is not the best you can get, but then you're aware when you book it.

Excellent as a first/last stop in Italy. Interiors are very nice and rooms are comfortable .

The hotel is halfway between outlet village and Airport

Rooms might be a bit bigger since it is not in the center of Rome. Breakfast was not worth to pay 15 euros. Be ready for some cold goo proudly named "scrambled eggs" with cheap-tasted overdone sausages. Pastry was ok though. I guess Italians have special gift for that.

The hotel is far beyond my expectation of a 4* hotel, we had a fantastic experience during our stay, the hotel staff was very helpful and accomodating, cleanliness of our room was great, breakfast was great. Mercure Roma West was a quite and cozy hotel with great facilities and professional staff.

Just a little minus of the hotel was the suite I had booked had 2 refrigerator but had only one bottled water free. I was expecting that since it was a suite I had booked for 3 person I would get a comfort and amneties of a suite, but I was little disappointed.....I hope this comment I had will help improve the little things that need attention....although it's a little things but it means a lot to us costumer.....

Cleanliness, price, welcoming staff

peaceful, well-appointed bedrooms; spacious, smart foyer and other communal areas; business facilities looked impressive, eg seminar and conference rooms

it was further from city centre than we anticipated, and needed a local bus to the metro station, and then catch the metro. However, that system did seem to work well, once we got the hang of it! The promised courtesy car to the metro only runs about twice a day, and doesn't bring you back to hotel

How to Sleep Well in an Uncomfortable Bed swimming pool was out of order

Very good

We only used the hotel for a couple of hours sleep before our flight back to Johannesburg the next morning very early. The room was comfortable, nice hot shower & bath. Staff speaks English and was very helpful and friendly.

We battled to find the hotel, thought it was closer to Fiumicino airport, and left very early the next morning to be in time at the airport.

Tout. L'accueil, la chambre, le bar, le restaurant, le spa. Tout le personnel absolument charmant, souriant, aux petits soins, toujours disponible. Un séjour, dans cet hôtel, à refaire.

Buona struttura, accoglienza ottima.

Stanza tripla standard , ovvero una doppia con il lettino aggiunto. Da un 4 stelle ci si aspetta di più chiaramente se l'hotel è rivolto a viaggi d'affari. Grossa pecca ( non per colpa dell'hotel) è il costo del taxi, 48 euro dall'aereoporto a questa struttura. Non è tollerabile una cifra del genere questo non incentiva il turismo, incentiva solo a confermare che in Italia si è sempre pronti ad essere disonesti.

Il garage interno gratuito. I distributori di bevande e snack nei corridoi. L'elevato rapporto qualità/prezzo: un vero 4 stelle ad un prezzo accessibile.

Le camere che danno sulla strada sono un po' rumorose. La colazione costa 15 euro. C'è una colazione express a 6 euro, veramente misera: da evitare. La connessione internet in camera è a pagamento. Il grande televisore in camera è sprecato: sono visibili solo una quindicina di canali del digitale terrestre.
