In central Rome, only a quarter mile from the well-known Trevi fountain, Hotel Parlamento showcases a shared terrace with tables and chairs. Wi-Fi is free throughout. A sweet breakfast is served...
Score from 343 reviews Very good
The stuff is really really friendly and helpful. The room is big, clean and comfortable. The location is super convinient.
The owner of the hotel is very friendly! The breakfast is actually in a restaurant on the opposite street, with nice seats and environment.
Poor WIFI signal in the room, you have to get close to the door for a better signal. Location is not very convenient for departure and arrival if you go Roma by train. The taxi cost about 10-11euros one way.
Location was ideal for our touring of plaza navona, campo de fire and trash every. Ideal street with bus transportation and taxi station 1/2 block away. Building security was excellent and staff was great with fantastic suggestions for everything we needed. Room had a queen and a single, plus another single in another room. Very spacious.
Room was spacious, but a bit dated. Toilet area a bit tight, but plenty of space otherwise. We had the Michaelangelo suit.
pm7〜am8 nobody is at reception. Along main street, always noisy as if window opens, especially on football game day young people shout until morning. I couldn't sleep until 5am. Breakfast have to go out , only bread and drink. No lobby. Wall is very thin, always hear the sound by next room. I couldn't relax. Wifi signal very weak
Central location, comfortable room and bed, friendly reception, very helpful, room turned down daily, clean and tidy. Breakfast in the cafe
No power to either fridge, wifi limited and password not obviously provided, slight noise from the street
location - everythign is within walking distance, staff were very friendly
this is a one story hotel not on the ground floor, coming in at night it was a little intimidating given the darkness of the foyer, having to take the stairs or old elevator up to the floor.
The host are very friendly, they are fantastic and very helpful.
This was an excellent location! We were within walking distance to many of the top attractions tourists visit Rome to see. The best part of The Four Rivers Suites is the staff. Dominico is the best concierge, host, etc. around. He never lead us astray! We will be back.
Location and staff - brilliant - responsive and friendly
Wifi sometimes went down and bed a little hard but ok
Very helpful receptionist. Very knowledgeable. Overall very good.
Maybe a tad noisy from the main road traffic.
Where do I start? My boyfriend and I visited Rome in October 2014 and booked this hotel through the website. You always have a fear whether it will be as we expected, and to be honest some of the responses on the site scared us - but after staying 4 nights all we have to say is that this hotel is PERFECT! First of all, the location: the hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the romantic Piazza Navona and a few minutes from Campo de Fiori (the famous market and a good place to go out at night), we did not use the bus once , the Coliseum and the Vatican are only 15 minutes walk. Fun Fun Fun! About the rooms themselves: what you see on this site is what you get and even more! The rooms are great for a couple, with a large king-size bed, we even got a balcony! The shower is a bit small but very convenient. It is important to say that although this is a hotel located in an apartment building, there is a good security (two locked doors until you get to the reception), I do not know if this is important to you, but I was able to sleep peacefully and leave the passports and money safely. Breakfast was wonderful, prepare yourself that it is not too big but I think you do not need more. The breakfast is at a Cafe just 2 minutes away and is served in a toast, orange juice, coffee and croissant. There is nothing more amazing than to have breakfast at a cafe outside than in a crowded dining room. The service is beyond any imagination, Dominico done everything in order to make our stay in Rome the best. Our flight was delayed and we had to make a late Check-in, and Dominico courtesy waited until we got (at 21:00 pm). Dominico also kept on the luggage when we checked out. Really, in all my travelling this is the best service, personal and dedicated. I recommend following Dominico's advice about good restaurants near the hotel - the best dinner and pizza we ate! Book without hesitate; it will be the perfect location and comfort you will get in Rome!
Dominico was an extremely helpful, responsive, and enthusiastic receptionist. He was also helpful in arranging very early morning transportation to the AP on departure. Also, the shower and bathroom were large by Italian standards and the room on Day 1 was very clean. Hotel has an elevator and is located near bars and the Pantheon. Its ~equal distances (15-20 min walk) to both Vatican and the Coliseum. The AC worked well and kept the room cool, and we had a very quiet interior room. Breakfast was adequate and included ham/cheese sandwich, croissant of choice, OJ and coffee at a nearby café.
Its on a noisy major road. You have to walk across the street for breakfast in the morning. Our refrigerator wasn't working and the room was not maintained our last night, and we ran out of toilette paper (luckily I had tissues we could use). Also, this is not a traditional hotel with 24 hour staff at desk, and its a little confusing when you arrive -- you ring the bell in the foyer for service and an attendant will greet you down stairs and let you in. Sort of odd. Bed was not comfortable.
Great location , warm welcoming, great service!!! Love this experience , if the furniture could be as great as the staff would be much better!;)
Great service and advice. Comfortable and clean
The photos on line give you the impression of much larger rooms where in fact they are only adequate.
Within walking distance of all the major sites, friendly staff. Breakfast was at a cafe just across the road and it was lovely to sit outside for breakfast.
Loved the staff and location of the properties along with access to transportation resources and sites.
The one of two rooms we had A/C could not keep the room cool at all. We ended up sleeping on the other room on the couches because the A/C worked better than our couples room. Price was way high in trying to locate rooms for 6 people/ our family. Too warm for our cool bloods!!
We stayed in an apartment 2-3 min walk from the main property. The apartment was spacious with kitchen. The view of the small road from the room was nice, like in the movies. We can walk to most of the tourist sites from the hotel. The area is close to a vibrant squar with good restaurents at reasonable price.
The air conditions in the apartment were not very good. Very noisy but not cooling.
Clean . Good location .big appartment
The apartment is separated from the hotel . And no telephone intern. No body to help in laguage. You must to take three floor with out lift.
Stayed at the end of July with my family. Domenico and Imelda were very helpful with our questions and they helped pre-book some of the sites we went to. Super location; most sites are within walking distance.
We spent 7 nights here. It was within walking distance of everything that we wanted to see in Rome. There is a taxi stand floe if needed - we only used them twice to reach early morning meeting points. Awesome staff especially Imelda who was very friendly and extremely obliging.
Staff Domenico and Imelda are the best.
The staff in particular Domenico was outstanding he was exemplary in helping with check-in and advising on where to go and what to do.
For an apartment that sleeps 6 it was a little short on bathroom facilities. Only one bathroom and was inconveniently placed at the end of the kitchen.
Location location location. Staff was amazing and generous. Thanks to our lovely host Domenico
Staff (Dominico) was superb!
The hotel is clean, very good located, breakfast is served in nearby cafe. But the best is owner Domineco. Our arrival was delayed for 5 hours and we arrived after midnight, Domineco was waiting for us. He helped us a lot with our lost luggage. We are traveling a lot, and we would definitely choose this hotel again.
