we forgot expesive glasses at the room 524 bthe hotel was good. yet the booking was rigid. we came 2 persons for the hotel through booking.com one demanded prepaid, said it will include breakfast but it did not. sinice i booked a double room and then another room, we wanted seperate rooms i expected to get my breakfast and have more flexibility which the hotel failed ot give since i prepaid. the other booking did not demand prepaid, just booking and we paid there. ut we did not get them back.

No wifi internet in the rooms. Extras very expensive.

Room was not ready when checking in at 5 pm just 1 shampoo & 1 shower gel for 2 persons - very poor for a 4 star hotel service charge for room service too high - eur 15,-

Stylish up to date, nice size rooms.

Only 30 on-site parking spaces.

Although Air-Con was running at full power, the room temperature was to high (room #431).

Bruna on reception was lovely and very helpful. Pool was great - especially the wave machine. We were upgraded to a very modern and spacious room on the 6th floor.

Our room was very hot and air conditioning did not work as well as we had expected. A car is useful to stay here as it is in an industrial area 15 minutes from the centre and buses are not very frequent and finish early

not too close to the center if you can t drive and breakfast is a bit expensive (30 euro)

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel ad agosto del 2011 con un bambino piccolo di soli 9 mesi. Siamo stati bene e abbiamo trovato uno staff preparato e cordiale, molto disponibile alle nostre richieste. Arrivati in camera abbiamo trovato un lettino adatto al bambino anche se non lo avevamo richiesto. La camera è abbastanza grande e ben curata, senza eccessi. Bella colazione varia. Caro il parcheggio sotterraneo, costa 20 euro al giorno, noi però abbiamo parcheggiato nella strada frontale che ha parcheggi liberi. Abbiamo chiesto se lo chef poteva fornirci il brodo vegetale per il neonato e siamo stati accontentati. Vicino all'hotel inoltre si trova un grande supermercato fornitissimo (a noi è servito sempre per prodotti per il neonato). Abbiamo anche usufruito della piscina che si trova all'ultimo piano. Se poi si vuole visitare la città senza usare I parcheggi del centro, vicino all'hotel si trova sia la fermata dell'autobus che porta al centro in 20 minuti circa (al costo di 1,00 euro a persona solo andata) oppure, ancor meglio, il treno che in 6 minuti al costo di 2,50 euro per due persone solo andata vi porta alla stazione centrale a due passi dalla piazza Walter, cuore della città.

C'è più staff in reception di notte che di giorno, il bar con zona all'aperto è davvero carino e il personale cortese (solo al bar, in reception scarsini...)

Sugli infissi c'era un dito di polvere, la vasca era sporca di smalto per unghie, la strada sottostante la finestra è davvero trafficata e rumorosa quindi al mattino è impensabile dormire..appena usciti dall'albergo dopo aver sistemato le valigie abbiamo assistito ad un furto ad un'auto parcheggiata davanti all'entrata dell'hotel: in pieno giorno @_@

Modernità, ampi spazi comuni, luminosità camere.

1. Non si capisce perché si debba pagare il collegamento a internet in camera (più di 7 euro) quando ormai è gratis quasi dappertutto 2. Musica ad alto volume nell'atrio (forse solo il pomeriggio del 23/11/2011?) fastidiosa per chi - come me - ha dovuto soggiornarvi due ore. 3. Per mio errore ho sbagliato il giorno della prenotazione e dunque ho dovuto pagare nuovamente la stanza, e queste sono le regole. Ma vorrei fare una domanda: è vero come mi hanno detto al bancone che i soldi da me versati alla Booking restano a voi e non vanno allo Sheraton? Io speravo che almeno uno sconticino potessero farmelo sul prezzo pieno, invece ho dovuto pagare interamente la camera per la motivazione che ho riferito.
