Very modern acoomnodation, big rooms, very clean. Located in the industrial zone of the city. For mistake I booked double room price instead of single use price, the guy in the reception ask me if I book this price by mistake but did not offer me any compensation (refund, free breakfast etc.)

Nice, modern and roomy and clean, great breakfast and good value. It's only 10 min drive to Bolzano city center but still prefer to stay in city center. Would be good base for visiting local hikes though. Parking way too expensive.

we forgot expesive glasses at the room 524 bthe hotel was good. yet the booking was rigid. we came 2 persons for the hotel through booking.com one demanded prepaid, said it will include breakfast but it did not. sinice i booked a double room and then another room, we wanted seperate rooms i expected to get my breakfast and have more flexibility which the hotel failed ot give since i prepaid. the other booking did not demand prepaid, just booking and we paid there. ut we did not get them back.

The TV in our room was inoperable. The service man came once and rebooted it and then it worked intermittenly for about 10 minutes at a time until it finally failed again. We did not want to be disturbed by calling the service man again as it was later in the evening by now but a system wide problem was identified as the result which should be under control at this rate.

At non-event times, it is by far the best value for the price in Bolzano and we have stayed at a number of other hotels in the same price range. Modern, quiet, consistent quality between the rooms, English news on the TV, refrigerator, near a large supermarket, and a large bathtub are all appreciated. The indoor pool and small fitness center are welcome finds for traveling athletes. The staff are accommodating and helpful, including resolving a mobile phone recharge card problem we had. Wished the windows opened up completely. Located too far from the old town center to walk there.

Bruna on reception was lovely and very helpful. Pool was great - especially the wave machine. We were upgraded to a very modern and spacious room on the 6th floor. Our room was very hot and air conditioning did not work as well as we had expected. A car is useful to stay here as it is in an industrial area 15 minutes from the centre and buses are not very frequent and finish early

Beautiful, spacious, quiet rooms. Very clean. Easy to find, close to the higway (we were there only voor the night on the way to Umbrie). Nice Pool with a terras. Food was nice(but expencive). The location on a industrial park was terrible, not suitable for a real holiday (for us not a problem becouse we were there only for one night). Beds were too hard (as always....).

Mi ha colpito la vicinanza alla fiera Durante le prime due notti abbiamo avuto la temperatura a 28*..... Dopo aver comprato I tappi (vista la vicinanza ad una strada percorsa da mezzi pesanti durante la notte) tenendo le due finestre aperte siamo riusciti a dormire meglio... Abbiamo chiesto informazioni sul perché non funzionava aria condizionata la risposta è stata che una legge regionale vieta l uso Dell aria C. Sino a maggio.... 2 I due ascensori completamente impazziti per scendere dal 6 piano quando c è tanta gente ci vogliono tra 5-10 min penso siano mal programmati

God beliggendehed ogv god tilgængelighed for kørestolsbruger og gode store værelse med ok plads til hjælpemidler. Generelt god tilgængelighed overaltv incl. gode elevatore. Kunne godt justere hjemmeside med synliggørelse af tilgængelighed og gerne tilpasse et værelse eller to til kørestolsbrugere - ldt højere seng, lidt bedre pads på toilet/bad mm.

Perfekte Unterkunft in Bozen. Der einzige kleine Nachteil ist die Entfernung zu Stadt. Aber mit dem Taxi in 8 Minuten erreichbar. Dafür günstige anbindung an Autobahn, Flughafen etc. Schön, sauber und freundlich.

L'ordine e la pulizia delle stanze. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo a venire incontro alle mie esigenze. La stanza era mal aerata e la temperatura non scendeva sotto I 25 gradi... Pareva di stare in una sauna. La stanza non era matrimoniale, ma con due letti singoli avvicinati tra loro.... Risultato del risveglio mattutino; mal di gola, sudore e mezzo incastrato tra I due materassi singoli.... Risultati più da pensioncina a 2 stelle in località di passaggio. Ci si aspetta di più da un 4 stelle di una città da 100'000 abitanti in località turistica
