The location. Parking for only 4 cars for the hotel residents. As an SPG Gold member I was hoping to get a bit more than just a different color of paper cover for my key card. |

it says free internet in reviews. its a rip off, they give free 15 min per 24 hours. have only one computer so a long wait, no wi-fi. Just when u r about to finalize yr hotel or train booking the free conn is over. then charge yr credit card for an arm n a leg. reception staff ok for checkin/checkout but no good to help u book a hotel (even their chain hotel) in Rome. |

The staff at the reception was very helpful. Although the check-in time was 1 pm, when we arrived at 8.30am after a long 20 hr trip, we were given a room within an hour after arrival. To top it all, we were also upgraded to a suite. Maybe they could vary the buffet breakfast as we have been eating the same food for seven days straight. The hotel restaurant serves very good food, but very expensive, and it was always empty as there were many restaurants around which you pay only half the price. |

It was easy to find and front desk staff were nice. Shower leaked everywhere and covered the bathroom floor with water, bed was divide in the middle and kept slipping apart, room cleaning was not very thorough. The hotel was very far from the city centre to be called Milan Centre. |

relatively convenient location the facility is not very match with its 4 star standard, and the room is quite cold and no extra heaters can be provided!! lobby is rather old with worn out sofa, and old shower facilities as well |

La colazione offerta dall'hotel è risultata veramente eccellente, paragonabile ad Hotel di prestigio in capitali straniere. Il personale è professionale e gentile. Le poltrone nelle zone comuni risultano un pò usurate. |

Hotellin reseption oli erittäin hyvä ja ammattitaitoiset henkilöt; suuret kiitokset. Mielestäni luokitus "5 tähteä" ; monta kertaa parempi kuin esim. Tallinnan Telegraf (mikä on "mukamas" 5 tähteä). |

La disponibilité du personnel tout en restant d'une grande discrétion. Je n'ai résidé que 2 jours et j'ai particulièrement apprécié ce qu'ils appellent le moment "Happy ours" où les clients peuvent se servir un café, un jus de fruit ou autres boissons et cela en toute tranquilité. Je ne peux qu'être enchanté de mon séjour. |

Ottimo, sopratutto il personale alla reception : gentile e professionale, attento alle piccole necessità, cordiale con il cliente come ai vecchi tempi prima di internet.Camere eleganti, alcune con idromassaggio e plasma anche in bagno... |

ミラノ中央駅まで徒歩圏内。 最初に割り当てられた部屋の騒音がすごかったです。何かと思ったら上階が工事中。そもそも、そのような部屋- を客に割り当てるという感覚がわかりません。交渉して、次に割り当てられた部屋は、テレビが故障中の部屋。- ３回目でやっとちゃんとした部屋にしてくれましたが、それでもその交渉で一苦労しました。 |
