the room was perfect and the staff very friendly. the metro was in the neighbourhood of the hotel. within ten minutes we were in the centre |

The staff at the reception was very helpful. Although the check-in time was 1 pm, when we arrived at 8.30am after a long 20 hr trip, we were given a room within an hour after arrival. To top it all, we were also upgraded to a suite. Maybe they could vary the buffet breakfast as we have been eating the same food for seven days straight. The hotel restaurant serves very good food, but very expensive, and it was always empty as there were many restaurants around which you pay only half the price. |

It was easy to find and front desk staff were nice. Shower leaked everywhere and covered the bathroom floor with water, bed was divide in the middle and kept slipping apart, room cleaning was not very thorough. The hotel was very far from the city centre to be called Milan Centre. |

relatively convenient location the facility is not very match with its 4 star standard, and the room is quite cold and no extra heaters can be provided!! lobby is rather old with worn out sofa, and old shower facilities as well |

Il parcheggio gratuito riservato ai clienti dell'hotel sono solo quattro, pertanto fortemente discriminatorio per la maggior parte degli ospiti muniti di vettura. L'alternativa sono 28 euro al giorno che mi sembrano esagerati per un garage convenzionato. |

中央駅、地下鉄駅から近く非常に便利だった。近隣においしい中華や日本食のレストランもあるので、イタリア料理に飽きたら、試してもよいかも。 この価格であれば、朝食がもう少し充実していたほうがいいかも。 |
