It was a true 4 star hotel. During my trip to Italy, this was the hotel which reminded me about the level of quality and service which you see in 4/5 star hotels back in India. The room was big and it had another adjasent room for the kid with a sofa bed. The room had a nice balcony. Very good bathroom and high quality toiletries. The hotel had a common service area serving water/juice etc. for free for the inhouse guest within a specific period. (very nice). The location is fantastic, its 5 minutes walk from Milan Central station and Metro station. Excellent value for money as well. I would love to stay in this hotel again.

Small room, big problem with vwntilation: no air, we had to open window, otherwise heatinbg system was consuming all oxigen. 50 euros signed off at check outb siently - I got info only when received info from the bank. I will never stay in this hotel once more.

Close to Town Center, Metro and Train Station. Staff were very customer service orientated and made us feel welcome. Free juices and water in lounge area was very nice to have. Some rooms need renovating. Requested a change on second booking as the room looked as if it was falling apart.

The price list for taxi rates is incorrect. Though the price list shows 90 eur from the hotel to Malpensa airport, in fact I paid 110 eur.

They had a very nice buffet breakfast and the hotel staff were accommodating and helpful. The room didn't seem real clean, especially on the carpet. There were tiny bits and silivers of glass from another stay and my associate and I both got cuts on our feet. When I told management they came and thoroughly vacuumed, but I wish they would have done it before we stayed. My friend had a really bad cut that bled quite a bit and they didn't offer any type of compensation or at least a discount on the room

La ubicación del hotel es buenísima, habitaciones confortables, buen desayuno. Gran servicio de impresión de tarjetas de embarques. Internet demasiado lenta y se desconectaba siempre, solo tres enchufes en total en la habitación, el frigobar estuvo siempre apagado y el enchufe en el baño no funcionaba.

Hotelli oli mielestäni parempi kuin mitä useilla Hotelli-nettiportaaleilla mainittu, jopa moitittu. Sijainti rautatieaseman läheisyydessä oli tärkeä, sillä käytimme paljon junia ja metroja, myös lentokenttäbussille lyhyt matka. Aamiaisbuffet oli hyvä ja monipuolinen. Hyvä ilmastointi. Vastaanotossa mukava henkilökunta, joka auttoi erilaisten asioiden selvittelyssä. Hotelli veloitti majoituksen etukäteen luottokortilla, ja oli kiva huomata, että ennakkomaksu oli tiedossa myös hotellissa kun loppulaskun paikka tuli. Hotelli on lähellä asemaa, mutta ekalla kerralla konstikas löytää. Huone oli siisti ja ihan ok, mutta aika pieni/ahdas ja vapaata lattiatilaa melko vähän. Kylppäri oli moderni ja uusi, mutta huone kokolattiamaton kera vanhanaikaisen tyylinen. Suihku oli moderniudestaan huolimatta hieman epäkäytännöllinen. Ei nää mitenkään haitannut lomailua, jossa päivät seikkailtiin kaupungilla ja järvialueella. Aulabaari oli viihtyisä, mutta kallis. Milanossa lienee kaikki hotellit suht kalliita, ja olihan tämäkin melko kallis hinta-laatusuhdetta ajatellen.
