Four Points Sheraton Milan Center  

We had stayed with a tour group in 2007 and were happy to see Ms. Marika again at the front desk. As always ,she was very friendly and helpful. The staff were we had breakfast was outstanding and in particular the manager who is so friendly,refined,top notch.Dinner was also excellent.

The rooms are extremely small for the price you pay.We ordered ice and a large bottle of water and were charged a total of 12.00 Euro almost $18.00 US.Usually an American hotel (Sheraton is still American?) has an ice machine in every floor.(Euro 7. water and Euro 5.00 for service?

Breakfast buffet was excellent -- and for non-meat eaters, there were many options including sauted mushrooms, smoked salmon and pan cakes.

Close to Town Center, Metro and Train Station. Staff were very customer service orientated and made us feel welcome. Free juices and water in lounge area was very nice to have.

Some rooms need renovating. Requested a change on second booking as the room looked as if it was falling apart.

Initially I was given a room on the upper floor and was to be a beautiful room. The room was old fashioned and worn out. I refused the room and became a much better one on the 5th floor.

They had a very nice buffet breakfast and the hotel staff were accommodating and helpful.

The room didn't seem real clean, especially on the carpet. There were tiny bits and silivers of glass from another stay and my associate and I both got cuts on our feet. When I told management they came and thoroughly vacuumed, but I wish they would have done it before we stayed. My friend had a really bad cut that bled quite a bit and they didn't offer any type of compensation or at least a discount on the room

Location is not superb, but conveniet 5 min. Walking from metro station and from central station.

Employes from breakfast are "rude" with custumers; if you arrive near the closing time. They remove the breakfast at 10h sharp ! At this class Hotel they should not say we are already closed or you have to eat fast !! Room 1525 with humidity on Bathroom roof. Is Expensive for service and commodities given (expected much more for the price payed...almost 200€/night)

Location of the hotel is very convenient, the personnel is polite and attentive

The location is great and very close to Central Train Station and the metro. The neighborhood is quiet, so resting was easy! The breakfast was delicious!

The cost for the weekend was a bit high. It must have been a high- demand weekend.

Free Wi-Fi was slow.

All staffs are very very nice especially one English lady at the breakfast.

The room was small. The bathtab was quite old so that really needs to be replaced if the hotel wants to use the world "Sheraton" in its name because peple might expect somting else.
