as rightly said, its around 1km from the St. peters andright in the vatican city... the hop on/hop off bus is pretty close as well...The staff is very humble and very helpful at all the times.. We had early morning trips to Naples and Florence, yet the staff provided us with excellent breakfast baskets ready at the reception... The rooms are very cozy and bathrooms are the right size... overall a great experience..
Very comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay there again. Newly renovated. Free Internet is nice. I recommend room 402. Huge patio looking at the Vatican.
Breakfast is average.
Room 315, was a corner room. Modern, large bathroom and a nice deck. One of only three or four rooms with a deck. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Internet was a little slow at times. 8 minute walk from the Vatican. Quite far from the colloseum. Take the bus, much faster, but can be quite full at times.
The roof terrace and garden were lovely. Eating breakfast with a view of St Peters on a sunny Thursday was amazing. The hotel was a short walk to the Vatican City but with a train station nearby you could easily get to the airport too. We loved the place and will certainly return.
Perfect location, near the City of Vatican. Nice, quiet, perfectly clean little hotel. Equally comfortable for business or private trip. Woderful room and bathroom. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast mostly the same every day.
The hotel was close to the Vatican, and had some good local restaurants close by. The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel was comfortable and quiet. I would certainly stay here again.
The staff are very helpful. The hotel room is clean and comfortable. The function of wi-fi in room is good. The location is fairly good to go to Rome center with bus and subway.
It would be better to reduce noises from neighbor room doors and noise of water running in next room.
clean, cozy rooms, nice location
small room, little choice of restaurant nearby, poor breakfast.
price view (room on 4th floor) spacious room clean room
elevator was problematic and had low availability. Narrow bathroom internet connection was terribly slow. door to balkony was not repaired (but we reported the problem on Saturday morning...) poor breakfast
While the rooms were compact they provided everything required. Staff were the highlight, they were polite, extremely helpful and friendly.
The location is difficult to find.
Nice hotel. A bit out of town and main attractions. Hill to hotel not easy if have difficulty walking.
Nice and big room, all new interior but lacking attention to detail. Could have been much nicer and warmer atmosphere. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful! Location was ok, there was a nice small cafe just beside the magazine stand on the main road that served excellent coffee and brioche.
Breakfast was poor, not enough choice and again the presentation and attention to detail wasn't there. Staff looking at clock when we arrived 20 minutes before breakfast was over, that's a no go. No "real" coffee, just a bad machine. All floors very noisy, you could hear people outside and in other rooms like they were in yours. Cleaning people started cleaning at about 6/7 isn and very noisy!!! Not good when you are on holiday!
Very clean large rooms and acceptable breakfast. I would imagine that some rooms would have a great view of St Peters.
This hotel is too far from any convenient transport so involves a lot of walking. At night it means very little choice of eating places. The local trattoria is very good and is 5 -7 minutes walk but that is the only choice. The hotel is on the middle of a highly concentrated residential area.k
Staff was very frendly and spoke good english, clean rather big room decorated with a good taste, excellent air-conditioning, nice breakfast room, short distance to a railway station, fridge with 1€ water bottles. All in all our experience was 95% excellent
Breakfast is a bit limited even if fairly good, only white bread served, staircase narrow (older building), strange doorstep at the breakfast room, but all these were minor issues for us.
decor fantastic spacious room clean bathroom with superb shower friendly staff near the vatican
bed too hard for me although husband liked it no sound proofing - doors slam and toilet flushing next door was as if in our room after day sight seeing too far from central Rome to go back in evening
Very clean comfortable hotel with helpful friendly staff. Large room.
The hotel is a little too far away from the centre of activity where all of the restaurants and bars are. The only decent restaurant nearby was always full and other bars closed quite early. Our room, 215, had no shelves or drawers where you could lay out your clothes and only a small wardrobe with a few hangers.
To be 10 mins from the Vatican. Beautiful spacious room and really clean. Attention to detail superb.
Should have offered a bar and snack menu. Breakfast was minimal and repetitive. Breakfast staff let reception down.
The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming and there were some nice touches with free coffee/ juice and cake in reception and good breakfast facilities.
Noise from other rooms could be intrusive and it's a bit of a hike away from the nearest metro station. Don't take a car as there's no parking to be had in or around the hotel.
Everything was fine: the spacious room and bathroom, big bed, cleanliness, surrounding, very tasty breakfast.
Everything fine except for a little inconvenience that can seem a big one for somebody. Bathroom sounds from other room (rooms?). When your neighbour uses the toilet you hear the water running down. Such an excellent hotel should do sth with this.
The bed was so cozy. Nice bed sheets and pillows.
Nice roof terrace, enoguh breakfast, nice, and very kind staff, elegant room furniture, clean hotel.
Some room are on the basemant, hoovering at 20 pm. Mass transit except the train is far, and the train goes once in a blue moon.
Upon our early morning arrival from Dubrovnik, the staff from the reception, Sonia, was very nice to us, even offered coffee while we registered. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable to sleep. Very near St. Peter Basilica, Vatican

We liked the attention received from the staff at the front desk with information about how to go to places in Rome.
