The hotel is very nice and classy, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is great The elevator is rediculasly small, the stairs carpet is very dirty and ugly, Parking is 26 Euro a day! Internet is extremly expensive as well |

The hotel is in a quiet area, walking distance from the centre. The hotel is over priced and in serious need of renovation, all the furniture is old. Not good value for money at all. |

Very nice hotel . Good location . Near city center (10 min walk to duomo)Very good price ! Payment was cashed in by the credit card given to booking.com to guarantee the reservation. This was not very clear at time of reservation. |

We enjoyed our stay here. The front office staff was very helpful especially the older gentlemen. The rooms were comfortable and we would recommend the hotel for those traveling to Florence. |

Красивый отель. Удобное месторасположение - 10 мин пешком до вокзала и столько же до центра. Возле набережной. Отличные завтраки. Красивая уютная терраса под открытым небом, где можно почитать, покурить.... Дизайн Номер маленький, но ванная комната просторная. Весы в ванной не работали. Нет ни одного русского канала. |

No es un hotel centrico, instalaciones nada correctas para ser un cuatro estrellas. Habitación muy muy pequeña y muy caro para el servicio e instalaciones que te ofrecen. |

La situación es idonea por su tranquilidad y cercania al centro, muy bien conservado con habitaciones amplias. Zonas de recepción y descanso agradables. No tiene aparcamiento y el que tienes cercano y que te ofrecen, aunque no es de ellos, es caro. El ascensor es muy pequeño. |
