We enjoyed our stay here. The front office staff was very helpful especially the older gentlemen. The rooms were comfortable and we would recommend the hotel for those traveling to Florence. |

Location close to the river. The elderly gentleman officer in the front office was professional in his work. It was astonishing to see the decline in service and standard within two years time since our former stay at the hotel. The whole atmosphere reflected the change in ownership in a very negative manner. Front office service horrible, especially the young boy seemed to be on the wrong place not showing a bit of service mind, obstinate behaviour is no good. Breakfast quality has much declined. |

Personeel was altijd bereid van dienst te zijn. We hadden het geluk van een grote kamer aan de voorkant, die zeer comfortabel was. Elke avond sloten we af met een drankje met een groepje cursisten op de overdekte binnenplaats die zeer romantisch en gezellig was. Ontbijt was prima. |

Uitstekende service van personeel bv tav reserveren toegangskaartjes musea en goed advies tav restaurant in de buurt. Erg schoon en ruime kamer met goede airco. Gelegen in prettige rustige buurt op 15 minuten lopen Duomo en Ufize. |

goed personeel, mooi kamer met raam.Mooie stijl van hotelaankleding,nette kamer, schoon, vriednelijk , mooi ligging in centrum. boeken gaat snel van tour in de stad etc. internet moet gratis zjn en laagdrempelig toegankelijk, er zou fitnessrumte moeten zijn met wat apparaten.fietsen verhuur bij hotel zou handig zijn. |
