Location close to the river. The elderly gentleman officer in the front office was professional in his work. It was astonishing to see the decline in service and standard within two years time since our former stay at the hotel. The whole atmosphere reflected the change in ownership in a very negative manner. Front office service horrible, especially the young boy seemed to be on the wrong place not showing a bit of service mind, obstinate behaviour is no good. Breakfast quality has much declined. |
