We loved this hotel, his location, the comfort big room, the nice brekfest, it is in walking distance from all the main attractions.

It is too bad tha hotels do not give free wifi 24/7.

I received a very good rate on booking.com and am very pleased with the choice. I was, surprisingly, upgraded to a suite. The hotel is not luxurious, but clean, well maintained, remodeled, well organized. The breakfast was perfectly fine though uninspiring.

This is not a complaint, but simply an observation. Although I walked to and from the hotel several times, it is about a 25 minute walk from most of the Florence sites. Other hotels are much more convenient. For the value, however, I was totally pleased with my choice.

A good, luxurous hotel with a nice location close to Florence city center. Room is spacious.

The staff was too corporate, unhappy and in the morning the cleaninig ladies keep banging the lockers they keep the cleaning materials. This was very noisy.

Room size was great and the location was good. Easy walk to the sights of Florence. Breakfast was great and a quite location.

The room size was great but it needs some work. The room we stayed in had a lot of cranks around the ceilings and walls (not what you would expect for a 4 Star hotel and wouldn't take much to fix) . I also found the reception staff unfriendly and unreceptive. The day we arrived there was a tour group staying at the hotel and they seemed to me more interested in the tour group than regular guests - I had to wait a long time to get WIFI for our room. Also found the walls a bit thin, could hear people in the next room.

The room we were given was am upgrade to the standard double that we requested. It was quite large and spacious so I'm not sure what the standard double size would be. The bathroom was standard size but was clean. A welcome bottle of water and a good buffet breakfast that was included in the room cost were additional extras. You are also given free wi fi for 30 mins pp each day fir free to be used in the lobby area when requested.

The hotel staff that welcomed us was great however everyone else were professional but not very forthcoming with information or help when requested. The location was fine but there were no restaurants or supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. Having said that Florence is quite small. The other thing is the website advertised modern rooms and we got a classical style room that had not been renovated. The staff also accidentally charged mini bad service into our account by accident.

The hotel is in a quiet location. The room was spacious, elegantly furnished, well heated, with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was more than satisfactory. Very competitive room rate.

The safety deposit box in room didn't work.

i staff dell' albergo..dicono una cosa x un'altro poi quando devi pagare,i prezzi cambiano.paccheggio auto detto euro26 al giorno ma poi a pagare mi hanno fatto pagare euro 35...motivo machina grande,internet al terzo piani non andava il primo giorno,venuto giu ben 3 volte e il staff mi dice che verra rimborsato quello,il giorno dopo un'altra staff mi dice che non puo rimborsare una volta accesso anche se non funzionava....una vergogna.
