We had a room with a beautiful view of the Grand Canal. The staff were efficient and friendly. A perfect place to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary. |

The hotel staff was at all times very very polite and helpful. I really enjoyed the views of our room over the grand canal! Breakfast was superb! The communal areas were quite clean. The drain in our bathtub was clotted with hair and it didn't take long to start retaining water. Despite being a non-smoking room the smell of cigarettes was quite intense which was a bit unpleasant specially if you are a non smoker. |

the staff were friendly, and had a good knowledge of English, the breakfast buffet was nice and a good selection, I was disappointed that the Hotel did not serve any dinners, also it would have been nice to be able to sit outside (at the front of the Hotel) we sat outside the Hotel next door as they had chairs and tables outside, |

We were quite lucky as we were upgraded to a better room which has a small balcony (standing) overlooking the Grand Canal, waterbus station and the most famous bridge in Venice. The view from our room was very good. Thanks to the hotel staff. The room was huge with very high ceiling since we had an upgraded room and I felt the living room actually was rather too big comparing to the washroom. I would prefer if the hotel offers duvet. Being an frequent traveller (internationally and regionally), I strongly feel this should be a standard for 4 stars+ hotel nowadays anywhere in the world. Would prefer more comfortable furnitures in the room rather than those classical ones as they do not offer comfortability for mankind. |

The shower screen seal did not fit properly and as such, whenever you had a shower this flooded the bathroom. Bar should have been open later. The hotel needs some seating at the front, overlooking the Grand Canal - a unique view which you are not capitalising on |

Excellent location on the Grand Canal (very close to water taxi stop); pleasant room (and ours had a verandah to sit on); provision of a good breakfast, and a relaxing garden to have it in; helpful staff; reasonable cost. Overall, delighted with it. Nothing we disliked (only improvement we could think of would be having tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms). |

The room was comfortable, the location couldn't have been more convenient, and the breakfast was delicious. While some hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful, some were condescending, unfriendly, and seemed perpetually annoyed. |

The public rooms were lovely; our room was small but charming with a view of the Grand Canal. Everything was spotless. The weather was warm and sunny so we ate breakfast in the garden behind the hotel. The breakfast was excellent and bounteous and included chilled prosecco. |

A charming hotel with a great location (water taxi dropped us right at the front door and its also next to one of the main water transport stops on the Grand Canal), close enough to all attractions but very quiet, excellent breakfast, tidy and spacious room and staff were very helpful and courteous. Elevators very small and one of them did not always work - a small inconvenience. |

The desk and staff were 5-star caliber. I gave a 30 Euro tip to the desk clerk and she politely gave it back saying, "Thank you, but we are just glad you are here." I couldn't believe it. The entire staff was very professional and seemed to have 5-star training. At night linen mats were placed along side the beds and the beds were also turned down. There was nothing we did not like. It was excellent. It is better than the reviews. |

The NH Manin Hotel is well located by the grand canal, with a water entrance wich is great. I loved having breakfast or a drink at the garden terrace. The whole experience was very relaxing. |

The staff's Anglish wasn't always that good. Some speak it very well, but they don't understand it when you ask a question. Resulting in strange answers. |

I liked that it is so easy to access from Vaparetto, literally on it's doorstep. It was comfortable and had some nice extras in the hotel room. It was a perfect base for explorng the city!! Air conditioning wasn't adequate as it shuts off after a few minutes- I was really too warm on two of the nights- I shouldn't complain I suppose because that means the weather was good!! |
