It was very nice. it was expensive but it was a really nice hotel, so I understand the cost. |

We were moved to a better room Yes, the renovation work being carried out at 8am in the morning outside my bathroom window and on my roof. Also, the scaffolding outside the original bedroom. The attitude of the receptionist towards my friend when she wanted to discuss the faulty bathroom in her suite. The lack of information regarding the above work and not being able to use the garden facilities. |

The staff were friendly and professional; the breakfast was wonderful; the hotel was beautiful and very clean. Best of all: it was just steps from a vaparetto stop! |

The location was excellent with a transport stop within 50 metres of the front or rear entry to the hotel. At first the pricing seems expensive but that is Venice so once you become aware of costs in Venice the hotel is very good value for money. The staff work very hard and are most helpful. Ask about the hotel's free taxi deal for Murano if it still available it is worth taking. |

A good choice at breaskfast Bathroom poor. Light in bathroom out and when reported it wasn't replaced. Shower flooded floor. Poor shower pressure. Twin room request with one person having to sleep on a very uncomfortable couch/bed.Tried to order tea at 10.30 pm and told no more service when room service was supposed be untill 12. Scaffolding at front and back of building leaving no views and banging from workers at 8 am. |

Hotel under renovations. Entire outside covered with white cloth, can't even see the name of the hotel. Also, construction noises start early in morning. No view! No discount offered, at 300 euro per night, overpriced! |

- Absolutely fantastic location ! Very easy to reach - Just go with "Vaporetto No 1" from Piazzale Roma and jump out St Angelo stop. NH Manin located just right side from Vaporetto stop. You can walk via nice roads quickly to San Marco Square. |

Location was good and glad that the water taxi could stop right in front. The bus stop was very near, too - that was great! The breakfast was good and the service at the bar/food was exellent good. The hotel was under renovation on the outside, I was not at all aware of it. Notification prior to arrival would have been appreciated. A small discount would have been appropriate. |

Quality of both staff and services. The building outside is under construction. The outside view was covered with sheets. |

Although the hotel is undergoing renovations it did not affect our stay. Rooms are small but nicely decorated and bathroom is good and toiletries are good quality. The location is excellant with the water taxi stop outside the door and an easy walk to landmarks. The breakfast is the best we had in Italy, good selection. |
