Комфорная атмосфера отеля, не плохой завтрак, близость причала рейсовых катеров курсирующих по большому каналу(от вокзала и остановки автобусов лучше всего добираться на катере - маршрут №1. Советую немного потратиться, но купить билет на сутки и более, проехаться на остров Лидо, а также с помощью катеров удобно передвигаться по городу и перебираться с одного берега Грандканала на другой) Приятно было бы слышать русскую речь на рецепшенс. И план-карта Венеции в номере была бы не лишней. |

отличное расположение - по середине гранд канала, рядом пристано вапоретто. отличный большой номер с видом на канал и балконом. хорошие завтраки, приятная зона отдыха во дворе отеля. неудобная ванная в сьюте |

Отличное расположение: остановка водного транспорта прямо у входа в отель, недалеко мост Rialto и площадь St.Marco. Обильный и полезный завтрак по желанию в садике отеля. Роскошные номера для влюбленных)))))) Постелить на пол ковер,т.к. пол холодноват. |

Location extremely good, attractive decor and efficient front desk staff. It was however the location on the Grand canal right next to ferry stop and in close proximity to good restaurants that really sold it to me. would have liked a larger bath |

Location is superb, v close to waterbus stop on Grand Canal, easy walking to centre, lovely views from our suite over Grand Canal. Breakfast excellent and hotel quiet, other guests pleasant. Service was prompt and reasonably friendly No coffee / bar service in afternoon - not too bad since hotel next door has v nice bar lounge on waterfront. With poor £/Euro exchange rate everything was v expensive! |

The splendid terrace overlooking the Grand Canal, the king size bed - a little hard but so much better than the 2 single beds you get in most Italian hotels. Excellent breakfast. Excellent staff. They could perhaps have made more use of their lovely outdoor garden. A few heaters and a wider bar menu would have encouraged guest use. The mini bar was simply ridiculously over priced. |

This hotel has a great location, alongside the canal. Hotel staff friendly and polite. I chose this hotel because of its location and the pictures given on the website, however the room we stayed in was nothing like the photo provided. The room was small and the bathroom facilities even smaller. We stayed in another hotel while in our stay in Venice which was cheaper, still in a good location and had much better accomodation. |

the location was great, breakfast good, hotel comfortable the hotel is not child friendly at all. the staff at breakfast were very rude and inpolite. they werent at all helpful with our 2 year old child and considered her a nuiscance |

My daughter and I thought the hotel was perfectly located for access to all parts of Venice. Breakfast in the garden every day was delightful. Suggest Booking.com give directions to locate hotel on arrival. Right by San Angelo stop for Vaporetto. We spent a long time searching for hotel which we assumed was near the Rialto stop. There is a direct line from Airport to San Angelo which we used in reverse at end of holiday. |

Great staff and great location! Our trip was for our anniversary and the staff arranged to have flowers in the room from an outside florist waiting when we arrived. The room also had an amazing view with a balcony the width of the hotel on the top floor directly overlooking the Grand Canal, as advertised, with a great view of the Rialto Bridge. Also much larger than any other European hotel room I've ever stayed in. The location was very convenient and directly in front of the vaporetto stop. |

We enjoyed being able to walk to all the main attractions from the hotel. The garden was beautiful and breakfast there each morning an absolute delight. Breakfast selection was excellent and the staff so very obliging and friendly. It was extremely difficult to sleep at night due to the incredibly noisy air conditioning unit in the room and also the huge unit outside the room. The hotel was too busy to move us! It was also far too hot to try and sleep with the unit turned off. |

Exceptional location, on Grand canal, 10 minutes walk from San Marco, 5 to Rialto, has both water and land access and lovely breakfast garden area. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room.Whilst classified as a "Junior Suite" it would be more correctrly described as a generous double room. Indoor breakfast room a tad small |
