The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and I loved the free early morning transfer to the airport. The bathroom was a very tight fit. We are not 'small' people and it was hard to manage. |

Very close to the Leaning Tower and the centre of town. Big room with tea/coffee facilities. Elevator. Satellite TV. Location meant we could park our car in a restricted zone. No restaurant for breakfast, but there is a deal with a cafe across the road. |

Location is very central, overlooking the pending tower from the terrace. We had some creditcard problems while we were travelling in Italy. The policy of this hotel is to check the creditcard on the day of arrival. They send us an email about the problems, but of course since we were travelling we didnot get this. |

The location of the hotel was excellent - it was about 2 mins walk to the leaning tower. Room was quite basic but clean. |

The location was excellent, just a few steps away from Tower and Duomo. Thin walls. though the children next door were very quiet, a crying baby could have meant a sleepless night. |

The staff! Angela was wonderful and made us feel very welcome. She gave us a lot of advice Jeep was very nice as well. A 2 minute walk to the leaning tower. |

It was a 5 minute walk to the field of miracles and there were restaraunts all along the street it was on. It cost 7 euros to get there from the airport. It was very noisy in the night and it stopped us sleeping. The walls must be very thin and the layout of the rooms aren't very well done. |

The location close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa was excellent. I found that there was quite a lot of noise from the balcony/bar area downstairs. This went on into the early hours of the morning. |

Cheerful atmosphere. The hotel was very convenient to the Duomo and Tower area, central to restaurants,old town center and bus stop. Having some English television choices was a treat. We wish they had offered a light breakfast service. The hotel has a lovely lounge/kitchenette area that seems perfect for this service. More info about the Pisa bus schedule,a better map of the city and maybe some info about shopping and restaurants in the newer part of the city would have been helpful. |
