The room was a disgrace ,the walls had holes in them and damp mouldy patches on the ceiling,they were so thin that at 3am we thought there was someone in our room when in fact they were in the bathroom next door. The bathroom was awful the shower cubicle was broken and the doors didn't close,there was nowhere to put even a toothbrush as the small glass shelf above the washbasin sloped so much that anything slid off. ,Definitely one to miss!!!!

Location of this hotel is spot on with the Duomo and Leaning Tower at the top of the street just 200 yards away. Ideal for dropping of purchases while shopping or not far to come back to after being out for dinner at night. It was clean, towels were changed daily, rooms cleaned and tidied daily. Air-con worked, and with windows closed at night it was quiet even though it is situated on one of the main roads through Pisa. For a short stay this hotel is good but a longer stay not so good.

This hotel does not have a resturant as stated on it's web site.It does not provide breakfast or food at all, even the vending machine for snacks was taken away while we were there! The Tea and Coffee facilities in room are a large kettle and 2 plastic mugs forget English standards! (There are 2 very good breakfast bars 20 yards from the front door) There is no-where to sit outside in comfort, there is a sun terrace that has 2 metal tables and 6 metal chairs, but from mid morning it is in full sun and in July temperatures of 35c and no shade make sitting out here impossible. This is not a Three Star hotel.

My wife and I have stayed at the Hotel Francesco each time we have been to Pisa.The location is excellent, with a wide variety of cafe's and restaurants in the close vicinity.In addition it it is well positioned with regard to the Cathedral, University, shops and transport facilities.

Its close to the attractions right on the main street

The internet was iffy bathroom a little on the cramped site and the television programes were rubbish ... only three programes to choose from all n italian and n news or business programes , so you could be on another planet at far as keeping in touch with the world outside of italy is concerned.

Brilliant location and clean comfortable room. Good spot for a short visit.

Beware if travelling by car - parking is not as easy as the website indicates!

What a pity they no longer provide breakfast. That terrace was perfectly suited for it and seemed to have been used as such some time ago.

Hotel does not correspond to the picture on the site. We got a terrible number on the top floor under the roof, windows, there was virtually no breakfast, no, cold room, air conditioning is very noisy, only the dignity that is located a stone's throw from the Tower of Pisa.

Near to landmarks

There is no similarity between photos and things you see there. -Old rooms. -Empty minibar. -Plastic mugs(cups). No tea bags, coffee... -Old blankets -old bathroom and not comfort. -Air conditioner does not work correctly. -Dark rooms

La gente del hotel es muy amable, la habitación muy acogedora, todo muy limpio. Ademas esta muy bien ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, al lado de la famosa torre inclinada.

la proximité avec les monuments historiques : tour de Pise, etc.... la terrasse ensoleillée pour prendre le petit déjeuner avec vue sur la tour

La posizione è senza dubbio centrale, ma ci sono tanti altri hotel da cui si raggiunge facilmente il centro

Avevo selezionato l'hotel perchè provvisto di ristorante che invece era in ristrutturazione e quindi non aperto. Sul sito si parlava di bollitore in camera per la preparazione di bevande calde mentre non erano presenti le dovute bustine di caffè solubile, the, latte, zucchero, ma c'era solo il triste bollitore.Poco confortevole e cattivo rapporto qualità/prezzo (97 € per una camera singola)

Posizione e pulizia

La colazione purtroppo non é da albergo a tre stelle: merendine confezionate, un unico dolce confezionato, biscotti secchi...

La posizione vicina al centro, la gentilezza della ragazza alla reception

La camera dataci inizialmente non era pronta... Rumori fastidiosi che provengono immagino dai tubi, pareti troppo sottili, da una camera all'altra si sente di tutto. Bagno troppo scarno... Non esiste nemmeno una mensola per lo spazzolino, l'ascensore quando la reception è chiusa (22.00-8.00) non funziona. La colazione inizia alle 8 che è sicuramente troppo tardi.
