Erittäin ystävällinen ja kielitaitoinen henkilökunta. Shuttle-palvelu hyvä. Sijainti loistava, muutama sata metriä tornista. Hieno näkymä tornille hotellin terassilta. Hotelli oli luokitukseensä ( kolme tähteä) ja hintaansa nähden kovin vaatimaton. 3 h huone oli melko pieni ja kylpyhuone kovin pieni- suihkukaapista tuli vesi lattialle eikä wc:n huuhtelu toiminut hyvin. Terassilla ei mitään palveluita, vaikka baaritiski siellä oli - lieniköhän remontissa? Huone ja yleiset tilat vähän kuluneet ja epäsiistit. |

Location, Location, Location! Helpful staff, wireless internet acess for free and small balcony attached to room. Great coffee place a few doors down. No breakfast but great cheap coffee places very close by. |

comfortable hotel in a excellent condition. found staff to be really helpful and room was clean with sky tv etc. location was excellent and ideal for seeing all the sites. free shuttle service to airport on morning of flight home. good value for money. would stay here again. due to the central location it can get a bit noisy at night. |

It had a view of the Leaning Tower of Pisa from the terrace and the hotel provided a free shuttle bus for the early morning flights. There was also a flat screen tv with Sky in the hotel room. |

The staff was very helpful, and those that I talked to spoke fluent English, which was a plus for me. The hotel shuttle was at the airport waiting for me upon my arrival, even though the flight arrived early. The hotel is located very close to the Cathedral Square in Pisa, so the location is great. The room was very clean, and the room was nice and comfortable. It would've been nice if the hotel served food, but we knew that going into it, and it wasn't a big deal because there are several decent restaurants and cafes in the area. |

Staff were very helpful. Hotel ideally situated for the Tower with plenty of bars and restuarants close by. The free shuttle service was a very good incentive in choosing this hotel. |

Excellent location. Comfortable bed. Not noisy. Very hard to find due to it being in restricted zone of Pisa unauthorised for cars to enter. However, after speaking to a very nice local lady we found out that we could in fact enter this zone as we were guests at a hotel. She actually rode her bike in front of us to show us the way, which was really kind, as she said we would never find it! Very small bathroom. Very basic hotel, ideal for an overnight stay before going to the airport, but very overpriced! |

The hotel was located close to local restaurants, shops and the square where we often found evening entertainment. Additionally, the hotel was very close to the beach. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and made recommendations when needed. There are two things about the hotel that I did not like: 1. The room did no have a clock, so there was no way of telling the time without a watch; 2. If you leave your bags after you checkout out, they dont put the bags in a secure area. |

The front desk personnel, they were the best, they gave us ideas on were to eat, drink, and shop. Great bunch of girls, all were very helpful and very, very nice. Thank you The only thing I would say about the hotel, is that the shower was tiny. I travel a lot and know that European hotels are "small" in comparison to other countries, but the shower here was just extremely small. |

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The airport transfer at 4.00 am was a big plus. Excellent location - very close to sights and resturants. It would have been good if breakfast could be provided, perhaps in the lounge/terrace area. |

Great views of the tower from the terrace. Small but very well placed. 30 seconds from the duomo. A Shame breakfast was not available on the terrace. A waste of a great space, was always empty. |

The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and I loved the free early morning transfer to the airport. The bathroom was a very tight fit. We are not 'small' people and it was hard to manage. |
