The staff is not so flexiable, we had to leave latest at 8:05 and we have asked at the reception that we would like to start the breakfast at 7:50 (instead of 8:00 because the breakfast room is opened between 8-10). The receptionist has mentioned that we have to knock on the door and they will open it. At 7:50 we have knocked on the door but of course nobody has answered and nobody was on the reception... they (the receptionist and the waitress) were inside in the breakfast room and were talking with eachother and they have opened the door only at 8:03. Not we were the only one who were waiting outside based on the last evening's promise of the reseptionist... So our breakfast was really a coffee only, but I have recognized that they are using plastic plates and glasses which is quite interesting in a 3* hotel for me in the 21. century, in the world of dishwashers...
The room was good and clean. The bathroom was not so big, but it was clean.
The room has got a terasse, it was belonging to our room and to the next room, (so you can hear the noise if the others are outside but you can smoke on the terasse:)).
The location was great, ap 3 min walk from the Miracle square and ap. 5 min walk from the bus stop (Linea Rossa = Red line) which is travelling from airport (ap 25 mi away) and from railway station (ap. 15 min away). It runs every 10-15 minutes during the day.
The breakfast can be good, the coffee is made by the waitress, there are jams, croissants, cakes as well
