Elivator too small, and floor must be renovated.

Hotel was poor. Many mosquitoes inthe room. Shower was worst ever. Wake up call never came - fortunately we woke up - we had to wake the night person to pay the bill. Never stay here again.

Facilities were very good, staff was very nice and cooperative, location to airport was excellent.

Very clean, spacious room for the price. Updated bathroom facilities. We chose this hotel for just one night, only because it was so close to the airport, and we had a very early morning flight.

It was obvious that either my room was not cleaned before I arrived or that hotel staff was using it as their smoking bathroom. The toilet was full of cigarettes and the shower had chunks of hair in it (not the drain, but the shower itself).

Desk Staff were very helpful with our booking and making Taxi arrangements to get to the Airport. The Hotel allowed us to store luggage before the room was ready and worked hard to get us in earlier than usual.

Location is good for accessing the Airport but access to the Hotel is more difficult for travelers. It is squeezed in between several high rise buildings.

Very near the airport and easy to get transport. Staff very friendly and helpful. Had everything we needed.

The reception people were very nice and ready to resolve the issues during our stay, good balcony

- Room not so clean, frigobar did not work, hairdrier did not work but was replaced, no hot water in the first morning, old tv, breakfast not so good

Bezplatné parkovanie a blízka autobusová zastávka, do centra 15 minút. Free parking and near bus stop - 15 minutes to the city center.

Hotel je v rušnej časti, blízko je letisko a dve železnice. Izba nevyvetraná, paplóny nenavlečené, tenké steny, zariadenie postaršie, malý a vyťažený výťah. Raňajky najhoršie aké sme kedy mali - o ôsmej (!) im došiel salám a už ho nedoplnili, celkovo veľmi slabý výber, de facto bol na výber pár plátkov toastového chleba a asi tri croasanty. Hotel is in a busy part of the town, close to the airtport and two rails. Room was smelly, walls are thin, furniture old, elevator small and pretty busy. Worst breakfast ever - at 8 o'clock they had no more salami (and they haven't refilled it). Very poor selection of food, basically just a toast bread and very few croasants (3).

non tutto funzionava nella stanza (una luce da comodino, il condizionatore, le piastrine anti zanzare) e le lenzuola erano sporche.

A equipe do hotel é muito simpática e estão sempre prontos para ajudar ou resolver qualquer problema.

la gentilezza dello staff ho avuto dei problemi e mi hanno dato una mano, molto umani...poi l'albergo è carino e comodo per raggiungere firenze anke con i bus si trova a 15 min di macchina , rapporto qualità prezzo molto buona di questo hotel...!!
